Abstract

A digital memorial service platform is disclosed, adapted to communicate with a client electronic device operated by a customer, and includes a storage unit and a processing unit. The processing unit is electrically connected to the storage unit. The processing unit determines whether the client electronic device has arrived at a predetermined memorial location corresponding to the customer. When the processing unit determines that the client electronic device has arrived at the predetermined memorial location corresponding to the customer, the processing unit transmits memorial information corresponding to the customer to the client electronic device. Based on the customer's personal information, financial product holding information, and family structure information, the processing unit generates a financial service recommendation for the customer and transmits the financial service recommendation to the client electronic device.

Claims

A digital memorial service platform, adapted to communicate with a client electronic device operated by a customer, and comprising: a storage unit; and a processing unit electrically connected to the storage unit; the processing unit determining whether the client electronic device has arrived at a predetermined memorial location corresponding to the customer; when the processing unit determines that the client electronic device has arrived at the predetermined memorial location corresponding to the customer, the processing unit transmitting memorial information corresponding to the customer to the client electronic device; the processing unit generating a financial service recommendation for the customer based on the customer's personal information, financial product information, and family structure information, and transmitting the financial service recommendation to the client electronic device.
