Abstract

This invention provides a toothed rake structure comprising a rake body, a protective sleeve, and a packaging bag. The rake body is made of metal and includes a plate, a plurality of rake teeth disposed on one side of the plate, a flattening rake portion disposed on the other side of the plate, and a connecting portion disposed on the plate. The rake teeth and the flattening rake portion form a first angle and a second angle with respect to the plate, respectively. This geometric configuration enables the rake body to have a stable soil entry angle during operation, improving grip and rakeing efficiency. This invention also includes a rigid plastic protective sleeve for covering the ends of the rake teeth to provide protection, and a thickened PVC packaging bag with a slit at the bag opening to avoid the connecting portion, ensuring that the rake body can be easily stored. This invention improves operating efficiency through composite angle geometry optimization and solves the problems of stress concentration and storage safety in conventional structures through the design of the protective sleeve and packaging bag.

Claims

1. A toothed rake structure, comprising: a toothed rake body made of metal, the toothed rake body including a plate, a plurality of rake teeth disposed on one side of the plate, a flat rake portion disposed on the other side of the plate, and a connecting portion disposed on the plate; wherein, The rake teeth form a first angle with the plate, and the flat rake part forms a second angle with the plate. Through the geometric configuration of the first and second angles, the rake body has high-efficiency gripping and combing effects.

2. The toothed rake structure as described in claim 1 further includes an operating handle connected to the connecting part for a user to hold and operate.

3. The rake structure as described in claim 1 further includes a protective sleeve made of hard plastic material, which has an internal receiving space corresponding to the plurality of rake teeth, the receiving space being fitted onto the end of each rake tooth to provide protection.

4. The toothed rake structure as described in claim 3, wherein the protective sleeve has a closed end and an open end.

5. The toothed rake structure as described in claim 3, wherein the protective sleeve is provided with a plurality of through holes.

The rake structure as described in claim 1 further includes a packaging bag, the packaging bag including a bag body, a bag opening, a female button disposed on the bag body, a cover portion that can be folded back to cover the bag opening, a male button disposed on the cover portion, and a cut disposed on the bag opening, wherein the cut is for the connecting portion to slide into the bag body to assist in the storage of the rake body.

7. The toothed rake structure as described in claim 1, wherein the rake teeth of the rake body include long rake teeth and short rake teeth, and the long rake teeth and the short rake teeth are arranged on the plate in an alternating manner of long and short.
