Abstract

A scraper for pushing solder paste into a groove in a three-dimensional steel plate includes a rear clamp, a front clamp, and a blade. The rear clamp is used to receive an applied force. The front clamp is used to resist the applied force. The blade includes a first side, a second side, and a thickened portion. The first side is fixed to the front clamp. The second side is adjacent to the rear clamp relative to the first side. When no force is applied, the blade forms a first angle with a bottom surface of the groove. The thickened portion is fixed to the second side. When a force is applied to move the rear clamp toward the front clamp, the thickened portion abuts against the rear clamp, causing the blade to contact the bottom surface, and the blade forms a second angle with the bottom surface.

Claims

1. A scraper for pushing solder paste into a groove in a three-dimensional stencil, comprising: A rear-end clamp is used to receive an applied force; A front clamp is used to resist the applied force; And a blade, including: a first side surface fixed to the front end clamp; A second side, relative to the first side, adjacent to the rear clamp, wherein when no force is applied, the blade forms a first angle with the bottom surface of the groove; and a thickened portion, fixed to the second side; wherein when the force is applied to move the rear clamp toward the front clamp, the thickened portion abuts against the rear clamp, causing the blade to contact the bottom surface, and the blade forms a second angle with the bottom surface.

2. The scraper as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickness of the thickened portion on the second side of the blade is between 0.2 mm and 2 mm.

3. The scraper as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first angle is between 45 degrees and 75 degrees, and the second angle is between 75 degrees and 89 degrees.

4. The scraper as claimed in claim 1, wherein the projection of the rear end clamp and the thickened portion onto the blade overlaps, the projection of the front end clamp and the thickened portion onto the blade does not overlap, and the length of the thickened portion is greater than the length of the overlapping projection of the front end clamp and the blade.

5. The scraper as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blade is formed with two slits and the thickened portion is located between the two slits.

6. The scraper as claimed in claim 5, wherein the depth of the groove is between 0.5 mm and 5 mm, and the width of the groove is greater than the width between the two slits by 0.2 mm to 2 mm.

7. The scraper as claimed in claim 5, wherein the length of each of the two slits is between 5 mm and 20 mm, and the length of the thickened portion is greater than the length of each of the two slits.

8. The scraper as claimed in claim 5, wherein the blade further comprises: An extension portion is located between the two slits, wherein the thickened portion overlaps with the extension portion, and the length of the extension portion is between 1 and 1.5 times the depth of the groove.

9. The scraper as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickness of the blade is between 0.1 mm and 0.4 mm.

10. A solder paste printing module, comprising: A scraper as described in any one of claims 1 to 9; And a three-dimensional steel plate with a groove formed therein, wherein the scraper is used to push solder paste into the groove for solder paste printing.
