Abstract
This invention discloses a bio-risk monitoring system based on a multi-level filtering mechanism, aiming to resolve the physical and technical contradiction between high-resolution feature transmission and computing resources in wide-area IoT monitoring, and to prevent collaborative infringement by distributed systems. The system comprises a first processing unit, a second processing unit, and a third processing unit. The first layer performs physical-level filtering based on data changes; the second layer performs cost optimization based on contextual parameters to dynamically switch between low-bandwidth and high-precision transmission modes, and generates semantic tags using a lightweight language model (SLM); the third layer performs deep analysis and outputs standardized risk agreement signals. This invention incorporates a SaaS authorization key decryption mechanism to lock hardware subscriptions, and triggers backend multi-agent collaboration and automated pricing API services through this agreement signal.
