Abstract

This invention provides a cross-Web2 and Web3 virtual asset trading system, comprising: a cloud trading server receiving user clicks on a Web2 or Web3 application in their inventory, displaying transferable virtual assets, and transferring ownership of the virtual assets to the user based on their source type, then transferring them to their inventory. Users can initiate exchange or sale operations in their inventory, and the cloud trading server completes the asset transfer and ownership change based on the transaction or exchange information, updating the blockchain ledger record. Furthermore, users can also retrieve virtual assets from their inventory, load them back into the Web2 or Web3 application, and bind them to the ledger record, thereby achieving cross-application management and decentralized trading of virtual assets.

Claims

1. A virtual asset trading system spanning Web2 and Web3, comprising: an electronic device having at least one Web2 application and / or at least one Web3 application installed; a cloud trading server connected to the electronic device via the Internet, the cloud trading server comprising: a backpack space for managing and storing a plurality of virtual assets, the backpack space being associated with a wallet; an exchange platform for providing a user with the opportunity to exchange the virtual assets; a trading platform for providing the user with the opportunity to buy and sell the virtual assets; a processor for determining the source environment of the virtual assets and executing ownership transfers, and converting the virtual assets into a format suitable for a target environment; and a database coupled to the cloud trading server for storing conversion or transfer records of the virtual assets in a ledger record; wherein... After the cloud transaction server receives a specific virtual asset that the user wishes to transfer to the backpack space, if the specific virtual asset originates from the Web2 application, it uses blockchain technology to decentralize the specific virtual asset and transfer the ownership of the specific virtual asset from the Web2 application to the user; if the specific virtual asset originates from the Web3 application, it modifies the blockchain data of the specific virtual asset and transfers the ownership of the specific virtual asset from the Web3 application to the user.

2. As described in Request 1, a virtual asset trading system spanning Web2 and Web3, wherein a first exchange item of the exchange platform generates one of the virtual assets to be exchanged that is linked to the backpack space, and when an exchange request corresponding to a second exchange item is detected, the processor automatically sends an exchange request message to the user.

3. As described in claim 2, in a virtual asset trading system spanning Web2 and Web3, the exchange platform, upon receiving a consent instruction from one of the users, executes a mutual transfer of ownership between the first exchange item and the second exchange item.

4. The virtual asset trading system across Web2 and Web3 as described in claim 1, the exchange platform further includes one-to-many exchange, whereby when a plurality of exchange participants provide a plurality of exchangeable items, the user selects one of those items to exchange.

5. The virtual asset trading system across Web2 and Web3 as described in claim 1, the trading platform further includes providing the user with one virtual asset to be sold and a sale amount, and when a buyer triggers a payment option, the trading platform deducts the sale amount from one of the buyer's second wallets and temporarily stores it in a relay wallet.

6. As described in claim 5, in a virtual asset trading system spanning Web2 and Web3, after receiving a sale instruction from one of the users, the trading platform transfers ownership of the virtual asset to be sold to the buyer and transfers the sale amount in the relay wallet to one of the users' first wallet.

7. The virtual asset trading system across Web2 and Web3 as described in claim 1, wherein the cloud trading server further includes a cross-application platform, wherein the processor transfers the virtual asset selected by the user to the target environment, and if the target environment is the Web2 application, the processor converts the attribute data of the virtual asset into application conditions that conform to the target environment and loads the virtual asset into the database of the Web2 application.

8. In the virtual asset trading system across Web2 and Web3 as described in claim 7, if the target environment is the Web3 application, the processor loads the usage rights of the virtual asset into a smart contract environment corresponding to the Web3 application.

9. As described in Request 8, a virtual asset trading system spanning Web2 and Web3, wherein the backpack space displays a list of applications that provide the target environment for applications that meet the loading criteria.

10. For the virtual asset trading system across Web2 and Web3 as described in Request 9, the application list performs a restricted selection action on applications that do not meet the loading criteria.
