Abstract

This invention relates to a wrench, comprising: a tube body, a working head, a transmission rod, and a drive mechanism. The working head is disposed in the tube body and includes an output section and an input section. The output section is for engaging with an object to be driven. The transmission rod rotatably passes through the tube body to connect with the input section in a rotational relationship. The drive mechanism includes a drive part and a first bearing. The drive part is disposed on the side of the transmission rod away from the working head for connecting with a power tool. The first bearing is disposed between the drive part and the tube body.

Claims

1. A wrench, comprising: One tube; A working head is disposed in the tube body and includes an output section and an input section, the output section being for engaging with an object to be driven; a transmission rod is rotatably passed through the tube body to be connected to the input section to form a rotational relationship; and a drive mechanism includes a drive section and a first bearing, the drive section being disposed on the side of the transmission rod away from the working head for engaging with a power tool, and the first bearing being disposed between the drive section and the tube body.

2. The wrench as claimed in claim 1, wherein the working head is alternatively assembled to the pipe body.

3. The wrench as claimed in claim 2, wherein the working head further includes a base, the output portion and the input portion protrude from the base respectively, the base is detachably assembled to the tube body, and the input portion extends into the tube body and is assembled to the transmission rod.

4. The wrench as claimed in claim 1, wherein the input portion includes a first engagement portion having a non-circular outer contour, the transmission rod having a second engagement portion having a non-circular outer contour near one end of the working head, and a transmission sleeve including a first transmission hole and a second transmission hole opposite to each other, the inner contour of the first transmission hole matching the outer contour of the first engagement portion, the inner contour of the second transmission hole matching the outer contour of the second engagement portion, the first engagement portion being inserted into the first transmission hole, and the second engagement portion being inserted into the second transmission hole.

5. The wrench as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first drive hole and the second drive hole have the same configuration.

6. The wrench as claimed in claim 1 further includes a second bearing clamped between the transmission rod on one side near the working head and the tube body.

7. The wrench as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tube body includes a first component and a second component, the second component and the working head being disposed at opposite ends of the first component, and the drive mechanism being housed in the second component; wherein, In the radial direction of the transmission rod, a portion of the second member protrudes from the first member.

8. The wrench as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the drive unit is detachably connected to the transmission rod.

9. The wrench as claimed in claim 8, wherein the drive rod has a non-circular outer contour insertion portion at one end away from the working head, the drive portion includes a first drive hole and a second drive hole opposite each other, the inner contour of the first drive hole matches the outer contour of the insertion portion, the insertion portion is inserted into the first drive hole, and the second drive hole is for power tools to be inserted.

10. The wrench as claimed in claim 5, wherein the working head is alternatively assembled to the tube body; the working head further includes a base, the output portion and the input portion respectively protruding from the base, the base being detachably assembled to the tube body, and the input portion extending into the tube body and assembled to the drive rod; the wrench further includes a second bearing, the second bearing being clamped between the drive rod near the working head and the tube body; the tube body includes a first member and a second member, the second member and the working head being disposed at opposite ends of the first member, and the drive mechanism being housed in the second member; wherein... In the radial direction of the transmission rod, a portion of the second component protrudes from the first component; the drive unit is detachably assembled to the transmission rod; the end of the transmission rod away from the working head has a non-circular outer contour insertion portion; the drive unit includes a first drive hole and a second drive hole, the inner contour of the first drive hole matches the outer contour of the insertion portion, the insertion portion is inserted into the first drive hole, and the second drive hole is for power tool insertion; the first bearing is a self-lubricating bearing; the second bearing is a self-lubricating bearing; the first drive hole and the second drive hole have the same configuration; the base has a first threaded section, and the tube body has a second threaded section on the side near the working head. After the first threaded segment and the second threaded segment are aligned with each other, a coupling is simultaneously screwed onto the first threaded segment and the second threaded segment, so that the working head is connected and positioned on the tube body; the outer contour of the portion of the second component that protrudes radially from the first component of the transmission rod is arc-shaped; the transmission rod protrudes from the first component and extends into the second component to engage with the drive unit; the drive unit and the first bearing are respectively movably accommodated inside the second component along the axial direction of the transmission rod; the second component is screwed onto the first component; the inner contour of the first transmission hole is different from the inner contour of the first drive hole, the inner contour of the first transmission hole is hexagonal, and the inner contour of the first drive hole is quadrilateral.
