Abstract

This invention discloses an automatic winding machine, comprising: a frame with a mounting base; a carrier conveying mechanism disposed within the frame; a winding rotation mechanism disposed below the carrier conveying mechanism; a pressing and rotating mechanism fixed to the mounting base, the pressing and rotating mechanism being vertically aligned with the winding rotation mechanism; at least one winding carrier disposed on the carrier conveying mechanism; and a product fixture mounted above the winding carrier, the bottom end of the pressing and rotating mechanism pressing down on the top surface of the product fixture. Therefore, this automatic winding machine simplifies the mechanical parts, reduces costs, decreases the need for manual operation, and improves the efficiency of winding operations.

Claims

1. An automatic winding machine, comprising: A frame, wherein the frame is provided with a mounting base; A vehicle conveying mechanism is disposed within the frame; A winding rotation mechanism is disposed below the carrier conveying mechanism; a pressing rotation mechanism is fixed on the mounting base, and the pressing rotation mechanism is vertically aligned with the winding rotation mechanism; at least one winding carrier is disposed on the carrier conveying mechanism; and a product fixture is mounted above the winding carrier, with the bottom end of the pressing rotation mechanism pressing down on the top surface of the product fixture.

The automatic winding machine as described in claim 1, wherein the pressing and rotating mechanism includes a fixing part, a driving cylinder, a bearing and a pressing block, the fixing part is fixed to the front end of the mounting base, the driving cylinder is disposed in front of the fixing part, the bearing is disposed below the driving cylinder, and the pressing block is disposed below the bearing.

An automatic winding machine, comprising: A frame, the frame being provided with a mounting base; a winding and rotating mechanism, disposed below the mounting base; A pressing and rotating mechanism is fixed to the mounting base, the pressing and rotating mechanism is disposed above the winding rotating mechanism and is vertically aligned with the winding rotating mechanism; at least one winding carrier is disposed on the winding rotating mechanism; and a product fixture is mounted above the winding carrier, the bottom end of the pressing and rotating mechanism pressing down on the top surface of the product fixture.
