Abstract
Claims
1. A pivot-type ball joint structure, characterized in that it comprises: a pivot seat having a convex groove inside, the convex groove extending axially, and a positioning structure on the bottom side of the pivot seat; a ball joint comprising a sphere and a convex slider disposed on the bottom side of the sphere, allowing the sphere to rotate spherically relative to the pivot seat, and the convex slider sliding within the convex groove for axial sliding, and the convex slider having a threaded hole; a side cover disposed at one end of the pivot seat and engaged and fixed to the pivot seat; an adjusting screw comprising a screw and a knob, the screw passing through the side cover and screwed into the threaded hole of the ball joint, wherein rotating the knob causes the ball joint to move axially along the convex groove; wherein... The convex slider and the convex groove form a contact fit to generate frictional damping force, so that the ball head is maintained in the set position after adjustment.
2. The tilt-shift ball joint structure as described in claim 1, wherein the positioning structure and the bottom side of the tilt-shift seat are detachably modularly combined so that the tilt-shift seat can be combined with an external mobile phone bracket or fixing device.
3. The shift-axis ball joint structure as described in claim 2, wherein the positioning structure is one or a combination of a snap-fit structure, an interlocking structure, a fastening structure, a sliding structure, or a friction positioning structure.
4. The shift-axis ball joint structure as described in claim 2, wherein the positioning structure is a replaceable module.
5. The shift-axis ball joint structure as described in claim 2, wherein the positioning structure includes at least one positioning block or positioning groove.
6. The shift-axis ball joint structure as described in claim 5, wherein the positioning structure is one or a combination of a square positioning block, a grid positioning block, or a groove positioning block.
7. The shift-axis ball joint structure as described in claim 2, wherein the positioning structure is formed by the correspondence between the protrusions and concave parts or by frictional contact.
8. The shifting-axis ball joint structure as described in claim 1, wherein the tail end of the adjusting screw is provided with a positioning rod, and the shifting-axis seat is provided with a positioning hole, wherein the positioning rod is inserted into the positioning hole to limit the axial displacement of the adjusting screw.
9. The shift-axis ball joint structure as described in claim 1, wherein the convex groove and the convex slider cooperate to limit the sliding direction of the ball joint.
10. The pivot-shifting ball joint structure as described in claim 1, wherein the ball joint is maintained in a set position after adjustment by the frictional damping force, and is stably positioned without additional locking components.
