Abstract

This invention relates to a lid for a straw cup, comprising a lid body and a straw cover. The lid body has a dispensing portion extending upward from the top, having a through hole extending vertically, and an inner wall protruding to form at least one positioning protrusion. The straw cover has an outer cover portion forming a mating space with an opening facing downward, and an assembly portion located on the outer cover portion, extending downward, situated in the mating space, and having an outer wall protruding to form at least one fastening structure. The outer cover portion can cover the dispensing portion, allowing the assembly portion to extend into the through hole. The straw cover can be rotated so that the positioning protrusion can engage with the fastening structure. At this time, the straw cover is fixed to the lid body and positioned in the direction of rotation, preventing loosening and falling off. The built-in structural design prevents interference when drinking through the dispensing portion, making it more comfortable, and also prevents it from becoming brittle due to sun exposure, thus extending its service life.

Claims

1. A lid for a straw cup, detachably assembled to a cup body and capable of holding a straw, the lid comprising: a lid body having an upwardly extending portion extending from the top of the lid body, the portion having a through hole extending vertically, and at least one positioning protrusion forming on the inner sidewall of the through hole; and a straw cover having an outer cover portion and a fitting portion, the outer cover portion having a downwardly opening fitting space inside, the fitting portion being disposed on the outer cover portion and extending downwardly, and located in the fitting space, the fitting portion having a downwardly opening receiving groove inside, and at least one fastening structure forming on the outer sidewall of the fitting portion; wherein... The outer cover of the straw cover can cover the access portion of the cover body, and the assembly portion of the straw cover can extend into the through hole of the cover body. The straw cover can be rotated so that the positioning protrusions of the cover body can be respectively engaged with the fastening structure of the straw cover.

2. The lid of the straw cup as described in claim 1, wherein, Each of the fastening structures of the straw cover assembly includes a guide section and a connecting section connected together. The guide section extends upward at an angle toward the connecting section. A positioning groove is formed on the top surface of the connecting section, and an upwardly protruding stop protrusion is formed on the top surface of the connection between the guide section and the connecting section. The positioning protrusion of the cover can be fastened into the positioning groove of the connecting section and abut against the stop protrusion.

3. The lid of the straw cup as described in claim 1, wherein, The straw cover has a support portion located on the periphery of the assembly portion and above the fastening structure. The lid of the straw cup includes a sealing ring fitted onto the assembly portion of the straw cover and adjacent to the bottom of the support portion. When the positioning protrusions of the lid are engaged with the fastening structure of the straw cover, the sealing ring abuts against the top of the access portion of the lid and seals the through hole.

4. The lid of the straw cup as described in claim 2, wherein, The straw cover has a support portion located on the periphery of the assembly portion and above the fastening structure.

5. The lid of the straw cup as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein, The lid has a mounting portion protruding from the outer sidewall of the lid. The mounting portion includes a connecting post and a limiting piece. One end of the connecting post is attached to the lid, and the other end is connected to the limiting piece. The lid of the straw cup includes a flexible carrying strap. The carrying strap has a fixing hole and a plurality of spaced adjustment holes. The fixing hole and the plurality of adjustment holes are respectively located at opposite ends of the carrying strap. The carrying strap can be bent so that the fixing hole and any of the adjustment holes correspond to each other, and can be sequentially inserted through the connecting post of the mounting portion, so that the opposite ends of the carrying strap can be positioned between the limiting piece of the mounting portion and the outer sidewall of the lid.

6. The lid of the straw cup as described in claim 5, wherein, The width of the limiting piece of the device increases from the bottom to the top.

7. The lid of the straw cup as described in claim 5, wherein, The outer side of the carrying strap has a locking groove formed around the plurality of adjustment holes. The locking groove corresponds to the shape of the limiting piece of the mounting part, and the limiting piece can be assembled into any of the locking grooves.

8. The lid of the straw cup as described in claim 6, wherein, The outer side of the carrying strap has a locking groove formed around the plurality of adjustment holes. The locking groove corresponds to the shape of the limiting piece of the mounting part, and the limiting piece can be assembled into any of the locking grooves.

9. The lid of the straw cup as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein, The top surface of the outer cover of the straw cover is defined with a first reference edge and a second reference edge. The first reference edge and the second reference edge are perpendicular, and the length of the first reference edge is greater than the length of the second reference edge.

10. The lid of the straw cup as described in claim 5, wherein, The top surface of the outer cover of the straw cover is defined with a first reference edge and a second reference edge. The first reference edge and the second reference edge are perpendicular, and the length of the first reference edge is greater than the length of the second reference edge.

11. The lid of the straw cup as described in claim 6, wherein, The top surface of the outer cover of the straw cover is defined with a first reference edge and a second reference edge. The first reference edge and the second reference edge are perpendicular, and the length of the first reference edge is greater than the length of the second reference edge.

12. The lid of the straw cup as described in claim 7, wherein, The top surface of the outer cover of the straw cover is defined with a first reference edge and a second reference edge. The first reference edge and the second reference edge are perpendicular, and the length of the first reference edge is greater than the length of the second reference edge.

13. The lid of the straw cup as described in claim 8, wherein, The top surface of the outer cover of the straw cover is defined with a first reference edge and a second reference edge. The first reference edge and the second reference edge are perpendicular, and the length of the first reference edge is greater than the length of the second reference edge.
