Abstract

This invention discloses a portable force testing device, comprising a support rod with a plurality of positioning adjustment holes, a plurality of sleeves with force plates, a sensing component with a force sensor, and a pair of grip components located at both ends of the support rod. Each component is positioned by engaging with the positioning adjustment holes on the support rod via fixing pins, allowing for flexible adjustment of the relative positions of each component on the support rod according to the subject's body type and force measurement requirements before positioning and restraint. This invention features easy assembly and disassembly, portability, and suitability for various applications such as clinical rehabilitation, sports science assessment, and home health monitoring.

Claims

1. A portable force testing device for detecting muscle strength data of a leg, comprising: a support rod; a plurality of sleeves fitted onto the support rod, each sleeve having a force-receiving plate mounted on each side of its body; a sensing component fitted onto the support rod, the sensing component having a force sensor; and a pair of grip components fitted onto both ends of the support rod.

2. The portable force testing device as described in claim 1, wherein, The support rod has a plurality of positioning adjustment holes along its length, and these positioning adjustment holes are arranged at intervals on each surface of the support rod.

3. The portable force testing device as described in claim 2, wherein, Each socket has a first pin hole on its top, the sensing component has a second pin hole on its top, and the grip component has a third pin hole on its side.

4. The portable force testing device as described in claim 3, wherein, Each of the sockets, the sensing components, and the grip components can be fitted into the support rod at both ends, so that the first pin hole, the second pin hole, and the third pin hole are respectively aligned with each of the positioning adjustment holes.

5. The portable force testing device as described in claim 3, wherein, Multiple fixing pins pass through the first pin hole, the second pin hole, the third pin hole, and each of the positioning adjustment holes, so that each of the sleeves, the sensing components, and the grip components are positioned and constrained by the support rod, thereby limiting axial displacement along the length of the support rod.

6. The portable force testing device as described in claim 5, wherein, When each of the fixing pins is removed from the first pin hole, the second pin hole, the third pin hole and each of the positioning adjustment holes, each of the sleeves, the sensing components and the grip components are restored to the adjustable state and can be elastically displaced to any of the positioning adjustment holes on the support rod, and then restrained by each of the fixing pins.

7. The portable force testing device as described in claim 1, wherein, The grip assembly is integrally extended to form a grip portion.

8. The portable force testing device as described in claim 1, wherein, When a pushing force is applied outward from the inside of the force-receiving plate, the force-receiving plate generates a force in the outward direction. This force is directly transmitted from the force-receiving plate to the force sensor, causing the force sensor to generate a corresponding change in a sensing signal.

9. The portable force testing device as described in claim 1, wherein, The sensing component is fitted in the center of the support rod, and two corresponding sleeves are respectively provided on the left and right sides of the sensing component, so that the two sleeves abut against the sensing component and form a clamping area.

10. The portable force detection device as described in claim 1, wherein, When a pushing force is applied inward from the outside of the force-receiving disk on both sides, the force-receiving disk generates an inward clamping force. This force is transmitted through the force-receiving disk to the force sensor, causing the force sensor to generate a corresponding change in a sensing signal.

11. The portable force detection device as described in claim 10, wherein, The force sensor further establishes an information connection with a user terminal information device through a wireless transmission protocol. The user terminal information device has an application that can be connected to the force sensor.

12. The portable force detection device as described in claim 11, wherein, When the force sensor senses force, it generates an electronic signal that is transmitted to the user terminal information device. Through the application interface, it presents muscle force data, which can be any of the following: a force value, a force peak, or a force change waveform curve. The application can further perform any of the following operations on the muscle force data: zeroing calibration, setting a threshold alarm, and exporting data.

13. The portable force detection device as described in claim 12, wherein, When the muscle strength data of the force sensor reaches a preset threshold, the force sensor or the user terminal information device is triggered to generate a synchronous vibration or a sound feedback.
