Abstract

This invention discloses a multi-hole connector with insertion direction restriction. A first component has multiple first through holes, and a connecting portion extends to form a rectangular portion and a tapered portion to create a foolproof structure. The second component has an internal cavity with a corresponding fitting structure on its inner wall, allowing the first and second components to align and engage in a specific direction. Furthermore, the second component has multiple conductive terminals, the number corresponding to the through holes in the first component, allowing each terminal to be connected to an electrical wire to form an electrical connection. Any conductive terminal can be selected as the conductive path for a motor, thus simultaneously satisfying the requirements for power signal transmission and motor wiring within a single connector, achieving the effect of external wiring integration.

Claims

1. A multi-hole connector with insertion direction restriction, comprising: a first component having a plurality of first through holes on its top surface, each of the first through holes passing through a connecting portion and a stop portion, the connecting portion body extending to form a rectangular portion, a tapered portion and a mating surface, the rectangular portion and the tapered portion being formed on opposite sides of the connecting portion; A second component has an inner cavity formed on its top surface. A counter stop, a rectangular fitting, and a tapered fitting are formed on the outer wall of the inner cavity. The rectangular fitting and the tapered fitting are formed on opposite sides of the inner cavity, and the rectangular fitting protrudes to form a limiting groove. A plurality of conductive terminals are assembled in the inner cavity of the second component. The number of each conductive terminal corresponds to the number of each first through hole, and the number of each conductive terminal is integrated into three. One of the conductive terminals can be used as a motor conductive terminal to form an electrical conductive path for additional motor connection.

2. A multi-port connector with insertion direction restriction as described in claim 1, wherein, When the first component and the second component are assembled together, the stop portion will abut against the opposite stop portion, preventing the first component from continuing to penetrate deeper into the bottom of the receiving cavity of the second component.

3. A multi-port connector with insertion direction restriction as described in claim 1, wherein, The tapered section and the tapered fitting section are a foolproof structure that can prevent incorrect orientation when assembling the first component and the second component.

4. A multi-port connector with insertion direction restriction as described in claim 1, wherein, A positioning rib is formed protruding from the center of the rectangular portion along the joint surface toward the stop portion, and the positioning rib can fit into the limiting groove.

5. A multi-port connector with insertion direction restriction as described in claim 4, wherein, The positioning rib and the limiting groove form a foolproof structure, which can prevent the user from assembling the first component and the second component in the wrong direction.

6. A multi-port connector with insertion direction restriction as described in claim 1, wherein, The second component has a wiring hole at its bottom, through which an electrical wire with positive and negative polarities is inserted.

7. A multi-port connector with insertion direction restriction as described in claim 6, wherein, Each of the conductive terminals has a size that corresponds to the first through hole of the first component, so that when the first component and the second component are plugged into each other, the electrical wires are connected to the conductive terminals to form an electrical connection.

8. A multi-port connector with insertion direction restriction as described in claim 1, wherein, The connecting portion is fitted into the inner wall of the accommodating cavity, and the stop portion restricts the fitting depth of the connecting portion against the accommodating cavity.

9. A multi-port connector with insertion direction restriction as described in claim 1, wherein, The second component has a pair of second through holes opened at the bottom of the accommodating cavity.

10. A multi-port connector with insertion direction restriction as described in claim 1, wherein, The opposing stop is formed around the opening edge of the accommodating cavity, corresponding to the stop of the first component.

11. A multi-port connector with insertion direction restriction as described in claim 6, wherein, The bottom of the first component has a plurality of first receiving holes, each of which is in an elliptical or square shape in combination with the outer contour of the first component’s outer shell. The number of each first receiving hole corresponds to the number of each first through hole, and is used to receive the electrical wire extending from the first through hole.

12. A multi-port connector with insertion direction restriction as described in claim 6, wherein, The bottom of the first component is provided with a protective cover, which has a plurality of circular second receiving holes. The number of each second receiving hole corresponds to the number of each first through hole, and is used to receive the electrical wire extending from the first through hole.
