Abstract

This invention discloses a positioning and assembly structure for a wall panel. The positioning and assembly structure is connected to a steel frame structure, and the wall panel is assembled onto the steel frame structure through the positioning and assembly structure. The positioning and assembly structure includes a long plate-shaped body, two protrusions, a reinforcing member, and multiple connecting members. The long plate-shaped body has two opposing surfaces; the two protrusions are respectively disposed on the two surfaces; the reinforcing member is disposed on one of the two surfaces; the body is connected to the steel frame structure through the connecting members.

Claims

1. A positioning and assembly structure for a wall panel, the positioning and assembly structure being connected to a steel frame structure, the wall panel being assembled onto the steel frame structure through the positioning and assembly structure, the positioning and assembly structure comprising: A long, plate-shaped body has two opposing surfaces; two protrusions are respectively disposed on the two surfaces; A reinforcing member is disposed on one of the two surfaces; and a plurality of connecting members through which the body is connected to the steel frame structure.

2. The positioning assembly structure as described in claim 1, wherein a first recess is provided on each of the two opposite sides of the wall panel, and the wall panel is assembled to the steel frame structure through the corresponding arrangement of the first recess and the protrusion.

3. The positioning assembly structure as described in claim 1, wherein the steel frame structure is a steel beam structure or a steel column structure, the steel beam structure and the steel column structure are H-shaped steel beams, the H-shaped steel beams include two flanges and a web, and the two ends of the web are respectively connected to the middle of the two flanges.

4. The positioning assembly structure as described in claim 3, wherein the body has at least one notch through which the steel column structure passes.

5. The positioning assembly structure as described in claim 1, wherein the body, the protrusions, and the reinforcement are structurally integrated into a single component.

6. The positioning assembly structure as described in claim 2, wherein the wall panel includes two first frames respectively disposed on the two opposite sides to form the first recesses.

7. The positioning assembly structure as described in claim 1, wherein the other two opposite sides of the wall panel are respectively provided with a protrusion and a second recess; when multiple wall panels are connected, the wall panels are assembled by correspondingly setting the protrusion of the wall panel with the second recess of the adjacent wall panel, or by correspondingly setting the second recess of the wall panel with the protrusion of the adjacent wall panel.

8. The positioning assembly structure as described in claim 7, wherein the wall panel includes two second frames respectively disposed on the other two opposite sides to form the protrusion and the second recess.

9. The positioning assembly structure as described in claim 1, wherein the wall panel is a hollow wall panel.

10. The positioning assembly structure as described in claim 9, wherein the wall panel is formed by at least two spaced panels, the spaced panels being fireproof panels or cement panels.
