Abstract
Claims
1. A fly ash washing device, comprising at least one washing module, the washing module comprising at least one fly ash reactor and at least one filter press, the discharge end of the fly ash reactor being connected to the feed end of the filter press, the fly ash washing device being characterized in that it has at least one high-efficiency reactor, the discharge end of the high-efficiency reactor being connected to the feed end of the fly ash reactor, so that the material enters the fly ash reactor after passing through the high-efficiency reactor, the rotation speed of the high-efficiency reactor being 900~2000 revolutions per minute.
2. The fly ash washing equipment as described in claim 1, wherein the inside of the fly ash reactor is connected to the feed end of the high-efficiency reactor by a circulation pump to circulate the material inside the fly ash reactor.
3. The fly ash washing equipment as described in claim 1, wherein the rotational speed of the fly ash reactor is 100 to 200 revolutions per minute.
4. The fly ash washing equipment as described in claim 1, wherein the capacity of the high-efficiency reactor is smaller than that of the fly ash reactor.
5. The fly ash washing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of the washing modules are connected in series, and at least one of the high-efficiency reactors is located at the feed end of one of the fly ash reactors.
6. The fly ash washing equipment as described in claim 5, wherein the wastewater outlet of the later section of the filter press is connected to the feed outlet of the earlier section of the fly ash reactor.
7. The fly ash washing equipment as described in claim 2, wherein the fly ash reactor has a discharge valve at its discharge end, the discharge valve being electrically connected to a control module including a timer.
8. The fly ash washing equipment as described in claim 1, wherein the feed end of the fly ash reactor is further connected to a water inlet pump.
