Abstract

This invention relates to a solar panel recycling and stripping device for stripping different material layers from a solar panel. It comprises a conveying mechanism, a frame, a dynamic height feedback compensation system, a heating system, and a hot-blade cutting module. The conveying mechanism drives a conveyor belt to rotate. The frame is fixed above the conveyor belt. The dynamic height feedback compensation system senses the relative height of various local positions on the surface of the solar panel on the conveyor belt. The heating system heats the solar panel. The hot-blade cutting module is located at one end of the conveyor belt adjacent to the discharge roller array. The hot-blade cutting module receives the height of various local positions on the solar panel sensed by the dynamic height feedback compensation system to stably strip the different material layers from the solar panel.

Claims

1. A solar panel recycling and stripping device for stripping different material layers from a solar panel, comprising: A conveying mechanism that drives a conveyor belt to rotate; a frame fixed above the conveyor belt of the conveying mechanism; a dynamic height feedback compensation system having an infeed roller array and an outlet roller array, the infeed roller array and the outlet roller array being spaced apart from each other on the frame, the infeed roller array and the outlet roller array each having a plurality of sensing wheels in the direction toward the conveyor belt, the sensing wheels being able to sense the relative height of various local positions of the solar panel on the surface of the conveyor belt; A heating system is provided between the feed roller array and the discharge roller array of the dynamic height feedback compensation system. The heating system has at least one heating device for heating the solar panel. A hot blade cutting module is provided at one end of the conveyor belt adjacent to the discharge roller array. The hot blade cutting module has a drive group, two pressure rollers, and multiple sets of blades. The blades are arranged between the two pressure rollers. The drive group is used to receive the height of each part of the solar panel sensed by the dynamic height feedback compensation system and dynamically adjust the distance between the two pressure rollers and the cutting distance of the blades to meet the required distance for each part of the solar panel to enter the space between the two pressure rollers. This allows the solar panel to stably pass through the two pressure rollers when it enters the hot blade cutting module and to have different material layers of the solar panel peeled off by the blades.

2. The solar panel recycling and stripping equipment as described in claim 1, wherein at least one intermediate roller array is provided between the feed roller array and the discharge roller array of the dynamic height feedback compensation system.

3. The solar panel recycling and stripping equipment as described in claim 2, wherein the conveyor belt is divided into two sections relative to the feed roller array, the middle roller array and the discharge roller array, and the heating device of the heating system is respectively disposed between the two sections.

4. The solar panel recycling and stripping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conveying mechanism has a plurality of rollers spaced apart, the conveyor belt is disposed around the rollers, and the rollers are driven by a power source to rotate the conveyor belt.

5. The solar panel recycling and stripping equipment as described in claim 1, wherein the blades are each an ultrasonic hot knife.
