Abstract
Claims
1. A multi-channel batch vacuum concentration device, comprising: a condenser assembly, comprising: a condenser tube; and a collection bottle connected to one end of the condenser tube; a branch assembly, comprising: a main tube, one end of which is connected to the end of the condenser tube; a branch pipe, one end of which is connected to a side of the main tube; and a flexible tube, one end of which is connected to the other end of the branch pipe; a sample bottle, one end of which is connected to the other end of the flexible tube via a valve body; and a vibration device, comprising: a tank correspondingly disposed below one of the branch assembly; and a reciprocating oscillation platform disposed inside one of the tank, the sample bottle disposed above one of the reciprocating oscillation platforms; wherein, The reciprocating oscillation platform moves back and forth, causing the sample bottle to vibrate inside the tank.
2. The multi-channel batch vacuum concentration apparatus as described in claim 1, wherein a limiting member is provided above the reciprocating oscillation platform, and the sample vial is fixed above one of the limiting members.
3. The multi-channel batch vacuum concentration apparatus as described in claim 1, wherein the sample vial contains a mixed liquid.
4. The multi-channel batch vacuum concentration apparatus as described in claim 3, wherein the tank contains a medium liquid.
5. The multi-channel batch vacuum concentration apparatus as described in claim 4, wherein the tank heats the medium liquid, thereby raising the temperature of the sample vial and the mixed liquid, and the mixed liquid evaporates to produce a first gas.
6. The multi-channel batch vacuum concentration apparatus as described in claim 5, wherein the condenser tube condenses the first gas to produce a first liquid.
7. The multi-channel batch vacuum concentration apparatus as described in claim 6, wherein the collection bottle receives the first liquid after condensation by the condenser.
8. The multi-channel batch vacuum concentration apparatus as described in claim 1 further includes a frame that supports the condenser collection assembly and the branch pipe assembly.
9. The multi-channel batch vacuum concentration apparatus as described in claim 1 further includes a vacuum pump connected to one side of the condenser tube.
10. The multi-channel batch vacuum concentration apparatus as described in claim 1, wherein the valve system is a three-way valve.
