Abstract

This invention provides an automatic locking structure for preventing the high-current connector from falling off, comprising a first connector and a second connector. The first connector has a first housing and a latching arm, the latching arm having a fixed end, a flexible arm portion, a latching hook portion, and a pressing portion. The second connector has a second housing, the second housing having a receiving cavity and a latching groove. During insertion, the latching hook portion automatically engages in the latching groove due to the elastic reset of the flexible arm portion to prevent falling off. During removal, pressing the pressing portion with one hand can disengage the latching hook portion from the latching groove, achieving quick removal. This invention can also be equipped with a rear cover sleeve to protect and bundle the wires, and can be configured as a two-pin or three-pin structure, suitable for various high-current connection applications.

Claims

1. A high-current connector anti-dislodgement automatic locking structure, comprising a first connector and a second connector, wherein: The first connector includes a first housing and a latching arm. The first housing has a plug-in portion and at least one terminal receiving hole. The latching arm is disposed on the first housing and has a fixed end, an elastic arm portion, a latching hook portion and a pressing portion. The fixed end is connected to the first housing. The elastic arm portion extends from the fixed end and maintains a distance from the outer surface of the first housing. The latching hook portion is disposed on the free end side of the elastic arm portion and protrudes toward the second connector. The pressing portion is disposed on the elastic arm portion for the user to apply force to press. The second connector includes a second housing, which has a receiving cavity and a fastening groove. The receiving cavity is for the insertion part of the first connector to be inserted into. The position of the fastening groove corresponds to the fastening hook of the latching arm. When the first connector is inserted into the second connector, the fastening hook is squeezed by the second housing, causing the elastic arm to elastically deform. When the fastening hook aligns with the fastening groove, the elastic arm elastically resets, causing the fastening hook to engage in the fastening groove to form a lock.

2. The high-current connector anti-dislodgement automatic locking structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The fastening hook is hook-shaped and protrudes toward the receiving cavity of the second connector. A guide slope is formed on one side of the fastening hook toward the second connector to guide the elastic arm to generate elastic deformation when the first connector is inserted into the second connector.

3. The high-current connector anti-dislodgement automatic locking structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The pressing part is located on the outer side of the elastic arm that is away from the first housing, and the surface of the pressing part is provided with an anti-slip structure.

4. The high-current connector anti-dislodgement automatic locking structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The fastening groove is a groove provided on the outer wall of the second housing. The shape of the fastening groove corresponds to the shape of the fastening hook, so that the fastening hook can be engaged to form an interference fit to prevent it from falling off.

5. The high-current connector anti-dislodgement automatic locking structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The first connector has a first terminal in the terminal receiving hole, and the second connector has a terminal insertion hole in the receiving cavity of the second housing, with a second terminal in the terminal insertion hole. When the first connector is inserted into the second connector, the first terminal is inserted into the second terminal to form an electrical connection.

6. The high-current connector anti-dislodgement automatic locking structure as described in claim 5, wherein, The first connector has two terminal receiving holes, and the second connector has two corresponding terminal insertion holes to form a two-pin structure for transmitting high-current positive and negative power.

7. The high-current connector anti-dislodgement automatic locking structure as described in claim 5, wherein, The first connector has three terminal receiving holes, and the second connector has three corresponding terminal insertion holes to form a three-pin structure for gathering and fixing the three wires.

8. The high-current connector anti-dislodgement automatic locking structure as described in claim 7, wherein, This three-pin structure can be applied to drone motors, with the three pins corresponding to the three-phase windings of the motor.

9. The high-current connector anti-dislodgement automatic locking structure as described in claim 1 further includes a rear cover sleeve, which includes a first rear cover sleeve and a second rear cover sleeve; the first rear cover sleeve is sleeved on the rear end of the first connector, the first rear cover sleeve has at least one wire through hole for the wire to pass through, and has a sleeve portion for sleeved and fixed to the rear end of the first housing; the second rear cover sleeve is sleeved on the rear end of the second connector, the second rear cover sleeve has at least one wire through hole for the wire to pass through, and has a sleeve portion for sleeved and fixed to the rear end of the second housing.

10. The high-current connector anti-dislodgement automatic locking structure as described in claim 9, wherein, The back cover is made of an elastic insulating material. The back cover is used to bundle the cable, protect the connection between the cable and the first connector or the second connector, and prevent the cable from bending.

11. The high-current connector anti-dislodgement automatic locking structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The first housing and the second housing are made of insulating plastic material, and the buckle arm is integrally formed with the first housing system.

12. The anti-dislodgement automatic locking structure for the high-current connector as described in claim 1, wherein, The outer peripheral surface of the insertion portion of the first housing and the inner peripheral surface of the receiving cavity of the second housing are respectively provided with mutually cooperating guide structures to guide the first connector to be inserted into the second connector in the correct direction.

13. The anti-dislodgement automatic locking structure for high-current connectors as described in claim 1, wherein, To remove the component, press the pressing part to disengage the fastening hook from the fastening groove, and the first connector can be pulled out.
