Abstract

A pulley device includes a fixed side plate and a corresponding movable side plate. A pivot is provided at the fixed pivot joint of the fixed side plate for pivoting through the corresponding position of the movable side plate. A pulley is sleeved on the pivot. A lifting ring seat is fixed in the fixed section of the fixed side plate and connected to a lifting ring. The lifting ring seat is located between the fixed section and the movable section of the movable side plate and has a pin groove. A spring inside the lifting ring pushes a pin into the pin hole of the movable section to restrict the rotation of the movable side plate. A locking switch is also provided in the movable section. A push button and a toggle button are provided in a housing. The toggle button releases the movement restriction of the push button, allowing the push button to push the pin out of the pin hole, so that the movable side plate can rotate relative to the fixed side plate and expose the pulley, allowing an external rope to be suspended on the pulley, saving rope threading time and improving operational convenience.

Claims

1. A pulley device, comprising: A fixed side plate having a fixed section and a fixed pivot portion; a movable side plate being disposed opposite to the fixed side plate and having a movable section and a movable pivot portion, the movable section having a pin hole and the movable pivot portion having a movable pivot hole; a pivot being disposed at the fixed pivot portion and passing through the movable pivot hole; a pulley being rotatably sleeved on the pivot and located between the fixed side plate and the movable side plate; A lifting ring seat, fixed to the fixed section and connected to a lifting ring, is located between the fixed section and the movable section. A pin groove is formed in the lifting ring seat, and a spring and a pin are disposed within the pin groove. The spring pushes the pin protruding towards the movable section, allowing the pin to be inserted into the pin hole to restrict the rotation of the movable side plate relative to the fixed side plate. A locking switch includes a cover, a push button, and a toggle switch. The cover is attached to the side of the movable section opposite to the lifting ring seat and has an opening. The pin hole communicates with the interior of the cover. The push button is located inside the cover and protrudes outward from the opening. The push button has a stop portion and a protrusion and can be engaged with the pin in a first position along a pressing direction. The knob is located inside the housing and protrudes outward from the opening. The knob has a blocking portion and can move between a third position and a fourth position. When the knob is in the third position, the blocking portion and the stop portion interfere with each other, preventing the knob from moving from the first position to the second position. When the knob is in the fourth position, the blocking portion moves away from the position interfering with the stop portion, allowing the knob to move from the first position to the second position. The protrusion can then extend into the pin hole and push the pin, causing the pin to exit the pin hole and release the pin from its restriction on the movable side plate. This allows the movable side plate to rotate relative to the fixed side plate around the pivot.

2. The pulley device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the button has a pressing block, the protrusion is connected to the side of the pressing block facing the pin hole; the toggle button has a toggle piece, and the blocking portion is connected to the toggle piece.

3. The pulley device as claimed in claim 2, wherein an intermediate block is provided inside the housing, and a visible marking surface is formed on the surface of the intermediate block facing the opening; when the knob is in the third position, the visible marking surface is exposed outward through the opening; when the knob is in the fourth position, the toggle piece covers the visible marking surface.

4. The pulley device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the actuating plate is spaced apart from the pressing block, and the visible marking surface corresponds to the space between the actuating plate and the pressing block.

5. The pulley device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the button is in the first position when not subjected to external force, a groove is formed on the side of the pressing block away from the actuating piece, and the stop is formed on the wall surface of the groove away from the pin hole; the actuating piece is spaced apart from the pressing block, and a U-shaped hook is connected to the side of the actuating piece facing the pressing block, and the blocking part is formed on the side of the U-shaped hook away from the actuating piece and extends into the groove, thereby blocking the stop when the button is in the third position.

6. The pulley device as claimed in claim 5, wherein at least one spring stop is connected to the side of the toggle plate facing the active section, and at least one return spring is provided inside the housing, the at least one return spring abutting against the at least one spring stop in a direction away from the button to push the toggle plate to move towards the third position.

7. The pulley device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a frame is embedded in the housing, a guide groove is formed in the frame, and the button is slidably disposed in the guide groove in a manner that allows it to slide along the pressing direction; the two sides of the U-shaped hook abut against the side of the frame away from the pin hole; when the button is in the first position, the groove is outside the guide groove, and a pair of spring seats are formed on the side of the frame facing the actuating piece; the at least one spring stop includes a pair of spring stops, the at least one return spring includes a pair of return springs, one end of each return spring abuts against the corresponding spring seat, and the other end of each return spring abuts against the corresponding spring stop.

8. The pulley device as claimed in claim 7, wherein an intermediate block is connected to the side of the frame facing the actuating piece and is embedded in the housing along with the frame, and a visible marking surface is formed on the surface of the intermediate block facing the opening; the visible marking surface corresponds between the actuating piece and the pressing block, and the visible marking surface is exposed outward through the opening.

9. The pulley device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the opening forms a flange on the edge of the side corresponding to the pin hole, the flange protruding inward and stopping the U-shaped hook on the side away from the pin hole; the pressing block protrudes into an extension on the side of the groove facing the pin hole and away from the knob; when the knob is in the fourth position and the U-shaped hook leaves the groove, the extension is stopped by the blocking portion to restrict the pressing button from disengaging from the opening in the opposite direction of the pressing direction.

10. The pulley device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pin groove is formed on one side of the ring seat, and an arcuate groove is formed on the other side of the ring seat, the arcuate groove being an arcuate groove with the center line of the pivot as the center of the arcuate groove, a disengagement outlet is formed at one end of the arcuate groove away from the pin groove, a stop end is formed at one end of the arcuate groove facing the pin groove, and a track is formed on one side of the arcuate groove facing the movable section, one end of the track communicating with the disengagement outlet; the pin hole is formed on one side of the movable section, and a positioning pin is engaged on the other side of the movable section corresponding to the track, the positioning pin including a connected head and a neck, the neck passing through the track, the head being received in the arcuate groove and being stopped by the stop end.
