Abstract
Claims
1. An injection connector assembly, comprising: a first connector having an opening; a second connector coupled to the first connector and having a communicating hole communicating with the opening; and a needle tube disposed in the communicating hole of the second connector and extending out of the opening of the first connector, the needle tube having a channel formed inside, the channel having an open end and a closed end, the open end correspondingly communicating with the communicating hole, the needle tube further having an injection hole communicating with the channel and adjacent to the closed end.
2. The injection connector assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the needle has a body and a head connected to the top of the body, the channel is formed in the body, the closed end is adjacent to the head, the open end extends to the bottom surface of the body, and the injection port is located on the side of the body adjacent to the head and communicates with the channel.
3. The injection connector assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the communicating hole includes a fixed section and a connecting section, the fixed section extending to the top surface of the second connector, the connecting section being connected to the end of the fixed section, the diameter of the fixed section being larger than the diameter of the connecting section, and a locking surface being formed at the junction of the fixed section and the connecting section, the end of the needle tube being fixed to the fixed section and abutting against the locking surface, and the open end of the needle tube facing the connecting section.
4. The injection connector assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first connector further includes a receiving hole connected to the opening, the diameter of the receiving hole being larger than the diameter of the opening, and the injection connector assembly further includes a support member received in the receiving hole and abutting against the second connector, the support member having a through hole, the opposite ends of the through hole corresponding to the opening and the connecting hole respectively, and the needle passing through the opening, the through hole and the connecting hole.
5. The injection connector assembly as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first connector further includes a mating hole connected to the receiving hole and extending to the bottom surface of the first connector, and the second connector has a fitting tube engaged with the mating hole and abutting against the support member, the communicating hole extending through the fitting tube and communicating with the opening.
6. The injection connector assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second connector has an internal mounting hole that connects to the end of the communicating hole and extends to the bottom surface of the second connector.
7. The injection connector assembly as claimed in claim 6, wherein the injection connector assembly further comprises an extension tube having a mounting portion engaging with the mounting hole of the second connector, and the extension tube communicating with the channel of the needle tube.
