Abstract
Claims
1. A processing device for turning kitchen waste into garbage, comprising: a barrel assembly including an outer barrel, an inner barrel disposed inside the outer barrel, and a waste liquid outlet, wherein an annular groove for temporary storage of kitchen waste separation liquid is formed between the outer barrel and the inner barrel, and the waste liquid outlet is connected to the annular groove; a filter basket assembly disposed within the barrel assembly, the filter basket assembly including a basket barrel, the side and bottom of the basket barrel being provided with a plurality of mesh holes for liquid to pass through and solid kitchen waste to be retained in the basket barrel; and a shredding blade assembly disposed within the basket barrel, the shredding blade assembly including a blade fixing seat and a plurality of shredding blades, the plurality of shredding blades being fixed on the blade fixing seat for chopping and mixing the kitchen waste fed into the basket barrel; A motor assembly, located within the barrel assembly and below the filter basket assembly, includes a drive motor and a connecting shaft. The connecting shaft connects the drive motor to the blade mounting base, enabling the drive motor to rotate the grinding blade assembly and the filter basket assembly at high speed. This allows liquid in the food waste to be thrown out through the mesh of the basket and flow into the annular trough. A top cover assembly, located above the barrel assembly, is used to close the top opening of the barrel assembly. A power supply assembly, electrically connected to the motor assembly, provides the power required for the operation of the processing device. Thus, the processing device can grind and centrifuge food waste within the same unit, allowing the separated liquid to enter the annular trough and be discharged through the waste liquid outlet, while the solid food waste remains in the basket.
2. The kitchen waste processing device as described in claim 1, wherein the cover assembly includes a main cover, a transparent window disposed on the main cover, and a hinge assembly, the hinge assembly connecting the main cover and the bin assembly, so that the main cover can be opened, closed and positioned relative to the bin assembly.
3. The processing device for turning kitchen waste into garbage as described in claim 1, wherein the bin assembly further includes an upper edge support ring, a drain cover, a plurality of side handles and a plurality of adjusting feet; the upper edge support ring is located at the upper opening of the bin assembly, the drain cover is closable at the waste liquid outlet, the plurality of side handles are located on the outer side of the bin assembly, and the plurality of adjusting feet are located at the bottom of the bin assembly.
4. The processing device for turning kitchen waste into garbage as described in claim 1, wherein the filter basket assembly further includes an upper edge fixing ring, a blade seat knob, a blade fixing seat and a waterproof shaft seal rubber ring; the upper edge fixing ring is located at the upper end of the basket body, the blade seat knob cooperates with the blade fixing seat to fix the plurality of crushing blades, and the waterproof shaft seal rubber ring is located at the through-hole of the connecting shaft to prevent kitchen waste separation liquid from leaking downwards to the motor assembly.
5. The processing device for turning kitchen waste into garbage as described in claim 1, wherein the motor assembly further includes a bearing and a vibration damping pad, the bearing being used to support the connecting shaft and reduce rotational friction, and the vibration damping pad being disposed below or around the drive motor to absorb vibrations generated during operation; the power supply assembly includes a power cord, a power plug and a control panel, the control panel being disposed on the outside of the bin assembly to provide an operating interface for displaying start, stop and operating status.
