Abstract
Claims
1. A noise-reducing spa machine, comprising: A housing comprising four shell walls, an upper shell plate, and a lower shell plate, wherein the shell walls, the upper shell plate, and the lower shell plate form an accommodating space, and the lower shell plate has an outlet; multiple ribs extending from the upper shell plate toward the lower shell plate and disposed on a wall of at least one shell wall facing the accommodating space; a motor assembly disposed within the accommodating space and correspondingly disposed on the outlet on the lower shell plate; and a sound insulation component having a discontinuous volute structure disposed on and covering a rear end of the motor assembly, such that an air inlet of the motor assembly corresponds to a center point of the sound insulation component having the discontinuous volute structure.
2. The noise-reducing spa machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the noise-reducing spa machine is controlled by a remote control.
3. The noise-reducing spa machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the remote control is accommodating in a receiving space of the upper shell plate of the housing.
4. The noise-reducing spa machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outlet is a noise outlet of the noise-reducing spa machine.
5. The noise-reducing spa machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sound insulation component having the discontinuous vortex structure is a concentric circle.
6. The noise-reducing spa machine as claimed in claim 1 or 5, wherein the discontinuous vortex structure comprises at least a stacked first vortex layer, a second vortex layer and a third vortex layer, wherein the second vortex layer is disposed between the first vortex layer and the third vortex layer, and wherein the second vortex layer is spaced apart from the first vortex layer and the third vortex layer respectively.
7. The noise-reducing spa machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first vortex shell has a horizontal end and a vertical end, the vertical end being connected to one end of the third vortex shell such that there is a gap between the horizontal end and the vertical end, the second vortex shell being disposed between the first vortex shell and the third vortex shell, one end of the second vortex shell facing the first vortex shell with the horizontal end and the other end of the second vortex shell facing the first vortex shell with the vertical end.
