Abstract
Claims
1. A corporate credit approval / rejection assessment auxiliary system, installed within a bank mainframe server, comprising a plurality of hardware modules consisting of a plurality of electrically connected hardware circuits, the hardware modules including: A parsing and identification module, communicatively connected to multiple bank member devices, receives an electronic file of a company's financial statements transmitted from one of these member devices. The parsing and identification module uses a machine learning model to perform image analysis and text recognition on the electronic file of the company's financial statements, and then performs column recognition on the company's financial data statement to generate the company's financial data statement. A rejection assessment module, communicatively connected to the parsing and identification module, a credit reporting center, and the member devices, receives the company's financial data statement, checks the credit reporting center to obtain the corresponding joint credit record of the company, and performs a rejection assessment on the company's financial data statement and the company's joint credit record based on multiple preset rejection conditions, generating a corporate credit approval rejection assessment suggestion and transmitting it to the corresponding member device. These preset rejection conditions include multiple approval conditions and multiple rejection conditions. The rejection assessment module first compares these rejection conditions to confirm whether the company's financial data statement and the company's joint credit record trigger one of these rejection conditions.
2. The enterprise credit approval and rejection assessment assistance system as described in claim 1, wherein when the approval and rejection assessment module detects that one of the rejection conditions has not been triggered, the approval and rejection assessment module will compare the approval conditions to confirm whether the enterprise's financial statements and the enterprise's joint credit records meet each approval condition.
3. The enterprise credit approval / rejection assessment assistance system as described in claim 2, wherein when all the approval conditions are met and none of the rejection conditions are triggered, the enterprise credit approval / rejection assessment recommendation is approved; when one of the rejection conditions is triggered, or when none of the approval conditions are met, the enterprise credit approval / rejection assessment recommendation is rejected.
4. The enterprise credit approval and rejection assessment assistance system as described in claim 2, wherein the rejection conditions include the enterprise's financial statements showing deterioration or the enterprise's joint credit record showing recent flaws.
5. The enterprise credit approval and rejection assessment assistance system as described in Request 2, wherein the approval conditions include the enterprise's financial structure and repayment ability indicators, cash flow adequacy indicators, and reasonable financial leverage indicators all meeting a preset excellent threshold, and the enterprise's joint credit record is free of defects.
6. The enterprise credit approval and rejection assessment auxiliary system as described in Request 1, wherein the enterprise's financial statements include a balance sheet, a statement of changes in equity, a consolidated profit and loss statement, and a cash flow statement.
7. The enterprise credit assessment and financial statement analysis system as described in claim 1, wherein the parsing and identification module transmits electronic files of the enterprise's financial statements that do not meet a preset condition back to the corresponding employee device.
8. The enterprise credit approval and rejection assessment assistance system as described in claim 7, wherein the preset conditions include situations where the electronic file of the enterprise's financial statements is not covered by a seal, the text or numbers are blurry, the text or numbers are unclear, or the text or numbers overlap.
