Abstract

This invention relates to a pipe fitting connector structure, particularly a technique used in pipe fitting assembly. It mainly includes a base with an insert portion on at least one end face of the base. The insert portion can be correspondingly engaged with a pipe fitting. The pipe fitting has two channels for the insert portion to be inserted and a reinforcing spacer located between the two channels. Through the design of at least one insert portion, users can install various required objects according to their needs via the pipe fitting, achieving convenient assembly and multiple versatility. Simultaneously, the reinforcing spacer increases the contact between the joint surfaces, providing not only shock absorption but also stable assembly.

Claims

1. A pipe fitting connector structure, mainly comprising: a base having a plurality of end faces, an insert portion having an embedded portion having at least one inserting protrusion on at least one end face of the base; and a pipe fitting that is fitted and positioned in relation to the insert portion having two corresponding channels for the at least one inserting protrusion to be inserted into, and a reinforcing partition being provided between the two channels.

2. The pipe fitting connection structure as described in claim 1, wherein the base has a first end face and the embedded part is correspondingly disposed on the first end face.

3. The pipe fitting connector structure as described in claim 1, wherein the base has a first end face and a second end face disposed opposite to the first end face, and the embedding portion is provided on the first and second end faces respectively.

4. The pipe fitting connection structure as described in claim 1, wherein the base has a first end face and a second end face, the first end face and the second end face are perpendicular to each other, and the embedding part is provided on the first end face and the second end face respectively.

5. The pipe fitting connection structure as described in claim 1, wherein the base is provided with a first end face located on a first axial direction of the base, and a second end face and a third end face are provided on a second axial direction of the base, and the second end face and the third end face are disposed opposite to each other, and the first end face, the second end face and the third end face are respectively perpendicular to each other, and the embedding portion is provided on the first, second and third end faces respectively.

6. The pipe fitting connection structure as described in claim 1, wherein the base is provided with a first end face located on a first axial direction of the base, and a second end face is provided on a second axial direction of the base, and a third end face is provided on a third axial direction, wherein the first, second, and third end faces are respectively arranged perpendicularly to each other, and the embedding portion is provided on the first, second, and third end faces respectively.

7. The pipe fitting connection structure as described in claim 2, wherein a screw hole is further provided on the corresponding side of the first end face of the base, the screw hole being capable of locking in an adjustable height support pad.

8. The pipe fitting connection structure as described in claim 4, wherein a through hole is provided on the base, the through hole being able to correspondingly embed a magnetic component for magnetic positioning.
