Claims

1. A device for integrating medical data and generating information on hemophilia, comprising: At least one processor and at least one storage device; A medical system communication interface that connects to at least one external information system to obtain external medical data; A data standardization module, connected to the medical system communication interface, is used to convert the medical data of a hemophilia patient in the external medical data into a standardized data format; A hemophilia index correlation analysis module, connected to the data standardization module, includes: A time series analysis unit, used to compare at least one of the hemophilia patient's hemophilia ultrasound score, hemophilia joint assessment score, or annual bleeding frequency according to a preset time period, to generate a prompt information; The system includes an indicator correlation analysis unit configured to perform weighted integration of coagulation factor exposure history, bleeding event time series, prophylactic medication adherence, and joint assessment data based on pre-set weighting coefficients corresponding to the hemophilia patient's hemophilia severity classification or age range, and to generate the prompt information when any two or more of the aforementioned data are present; and a report output module connected to the hemophilia indicator correlation analysis module, used to generate a data summary report based on the prompt information. The medical system communication interface, the data standardization module, the hemophilia indicator correlation analysis module, and the report output module all run on the at least one processor and access the at least one storage device.

2. The hemophilia medical data integration and prompt information generation device as described in claim 1, wherein the data standardization module is used to convert the medical data into a rapid medical interoperability resource format, and extract at least one of the following from the medical data: disease name, drug name, coagulation factor name, test value, bleeding site, bleeding date, joint location, hemophilia ultrasound score, hemophilia joint assessment score, or number of bleeding episodes per year; and when there are missing fields or inconsistent formats in the source data, the data standardization module is configured to mark missing values or record exceptions, and incorporate the data completeness information into the prompt information.

3. The hemophilia medical data integration and prompt information generation device as described in claim 1, wherein the weighting coefficient used by the indicator correlation analysis unit is preset according to the hemophilia severity classification or the age range and stored in the at least one storage device for dynamic adjustment of analysis weights according to individual patient conditions.

4. The hemophilia medical data integration and prompt information generation device as described in claim 1, wherein the prompt information includes at least one of joint assessment change information, bleeding frequency change information, or tracking data completeness information.

5. The hemophilia medical data integration and notification information generation device as described in claim 1 further includes a cross-hospital data sharing module for obtaining long-term historical data across medical institutions after authorization by the hemophilia patient; wherein the cross-hospital data sharing module includes: a hybrid blockchain unit for recording patient authorization credentials or cross-hospital access records; and a rapid medical interoperability resource format conversion unit for converting heterogeneous medical data across medical institutions into a rapid medical interoperability resource format, wherein... The cross-hospital data sharing module is configured to read historical data from front-end medical institutions through a secure channel after authorization verification, without leaving the original storage location.

6. The hemophilia medical data integration and notification information generation device as described in claim 5, wherein the hybrid blockchain unit includes a consortium blockchain sub-unit, a private blockchain sub-unit, and an authorization verification sub-unit. The consortium blockchain sub-unit is used to record the patient's authorization credentials and cross-hospital access records. The private blockchain sub-unit is used to store encrypted medical data, encrypted data indexes, or original data hash values. The authorization verification sub-unit is used to verify the patient's authorization credentials when a backend medical institution initiates a data read request.

7. The hemophilia medical data integration and notification information generation device as described in Request 6, wherein when the backend medical institution initiates a read request, the authorization verification subunit automatically compares the patient's authorization certificate on the chain. After successful verification, it reads the long-term historical data of the frontend medical institution through a secure channel to achieve access to long-term hemophilia tracking data across medical institutions for more than seven years.

8. The hemophilia medical data integration and information generation device as described in claim 1, wherein the report output module includes a generative language model unit and a retrieval-enhanced generative knowledge base unit, the retrieval-enhanced generative knowledge base unit including at least one of hemophilia medical professional knowledge data, hemophilia clinical care data, or hemophilia specialist research data; and the report output module is used to generate a medical personnel version of the data compilation report and a patient version of health education materials, the medical personnel version of the data compilation report including comparative information of data over the years, and the patient version of the health education materials including health education tips presented in non-diagnostic text.

9. The hemophilia medical data integration and prompt information generation device as described in claim 1 further includes a health insurance data upload module for extracting the data required for health insurance application from the standardized data format medical data and uploading it to a health insurance data system or a hemophilia case management system.

10.
