Abstract

This invention provides a structure for a safe cookware, primarily featuring a pressure sensor. The cookware includes a pot body and a lid mounted on the pot body, with a safety valve mounted on the lid. When the pressure sensor detects a pressure value greater than a preset value, it sends a signal to a control device. The control device then controls a servo motor to pressurize a locking device, securing the lid firmly to the pot body. When the pressure value is less than the preset value, the pressure sensor sends a release signal to the control device, which in turn controls the servo motor to release the locking device, allowing the lid to detach smoothly from the pot body. This automatic locking safety mechanism enhances the safety of the cookware during use.

Claims

1. A structure for a safe cookware, comprising a pressure sensor, the cookware including: a pot body; and a lid, wherein a safety valve is disposed on the lid; wherein, The lid is securely fitted onto the pot body. When the pressure sensor detects a pressure value greater than a preset value, the pressure sensor sends a signal to a control device. The control device controls a servo motor to pressurize a latching device, which secures the lid to the pot body. When the safety valve is pressed to release pressure, and the pressure value is less than the preset value, the pressure sensor sends a release signal to the control device. The control device then controls the servo motor to release the latching device, allowing the lid to detach from the pot body.

2. The structure of the safe cookware as described in claim 1, wherein a sealing ring is provided between the pot body and the pot lid.
