Abstract

This invention provides a cookware structure that combines pressurization and vacuum functions. The cookware includes a silicone lid and a one-way valve body on one side of the silicone lid. By switching the on / off state of the one-way valve body, the cookware can achieve the effect of sealing or, in conjunction with a pump, achieve vacuum.

Claims

1. A cookware structure combining pressurization and vacuum functions, comprising: a cookware including a silicone lid, wherein a one-way valve is disposed on one side of the silicone lid; wherein, When the one-way valve is closed, the pressure inside the pot increases due to heating; and when the one-way valve is open, a pump is used to extract gas from the pot, creating a vacuum.
