Abstract

An adjustable drone cabin device includes a telescopic pylon device, a first shell with a gantry structure, and a second shell. The first shell has a first accommodating space and a track groove; the second shell has a second accommodating space and a side wall. The second shell is fitted within the first accommodating space, and the side wall is movably fitted within the track groove. The telescopic pylon device includes a third actuator, a first tube, a fixed base, and a second tube. The third actuator is located at the top of the first accommodating space and connected to the first tube, while the fixed base is located at the top of the second accommodating space. The second tube is connected to the fixed base and movably fitted within the first tube. Thus, by pushing the second tube with the third actuator, the second shell extends and retracts relative to the first shell, adjusting the cabin range to achieve the adjustable drone cabin device structure.

Claims

1. An adjustable cabin device for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), comprising at least: The first housing of the gantry structure has a first accommodating space and a plurality of track slots, which are respectively located on both sides of the first housing; The second housing, a gantry structure, has a second accommodating space and a plurality of sidewalls. The second housing is fitted within the first accommodating space, and the sidewalls are movably fitted within the respective track grooves. A telescopic gantry device includes a third actuator, a first tube, a fixed base, and a second tube. The third actuator is located at the top of the first accommodating space and connected to the first tube. The fixed base is located at the top of the second accommodating space. One end of the second tube is fixed to the fixed base, and the other end is movably fitted within the first tube, causing the second tube to reciprocate relative to the first tube. Thus, by pushing the second tube with the third actuator, the second housing extends and retracts relative to the first housing, adjusting the cabin area formed by the first and second accommodating spaces, achieving an adjustable cabin device structure for the unmanned aerial vehicle.

2. The adjustable cabin device for unmanned aerial vehicles as described in claim 1, wherein the third actuator is a motor, servo motor, solenoid valve, pneumatic valve, hydraulic valve or linear motor.

3. The adjustable cabin device for unmanned aerial vehicles as described in claim 1, wherein the first housing is further provided with a first driver, a plurality of first rotating shafts and a first door, the first rotating shafts being respectively disposed at the bottom of the track grooves, and the first door being connected between the first rotating shafts; the first driver is embedded at the bottom of one of the track grooves and connected to the corresponding first rotating shaft, the first driver driving the connected first rotating shaft to rotate, causing the first door to open and close downward.

4. The adjustable cabin device for unmanned aerial vehicles as described in claim 3, wherein the first actuator is a motor, servo motor, solenoid valve, pneumatic valve or hydraulic valve.

5. The adjustable cabin device for unmanned aerial vehicles as described in claim 1, wherein the second housing is further provided with a second actuator, a plurality of second rotating shafts and a second door, the second rotating shafts being respectively disposed at the bottom of the side wall portions, and the second door being connected between the second rotating shafts; the second actuator is embedded at the bottom of one of the side wall portions and connected to the corresponding second rotating shaft, the second actuator driving the connected second rotating shaft to rotate, causing the second door to open and close downward.

6. The adjustable cabin device for unmanned aerial vehicles as described in claim 5, wherein the second actuator is a motor, servo motor, solenoid valve, pneumatic valve or hydraulic valve.
