Energy-saving and long-term adjustment device for turret clutch locking force

Abstract

An energy-saving and long-lasting adjustment device for the locking force of a turret clutch includes a strain gauge and a controller. The strain gauge is installed at a predetermined position on the turret clutch and is used to measure a strain parameter of the turret clutch. The controller is electrically connected to the strain gauge and can calculate a locking force parameter for maintaining the turret clutch locked based on the strain parameter and a locking force function. The controller can also control a driver based on the locking force parameter to apply a driving force corresponding to the locking force parameter to the turret clutch, thereby maintaining the turret clutch locked. This allows the locking force of the turret clutch to be adjusted, achieving energy saving and maintaining a long-lasting and durable performance.
