Abstract

A remote-controlled blower sprayer truck with image transmission capability includes a vehicle body and a control unit. The vehicle body includes a walking module, a drive module, an air supply module, a pesticide delivery module, and a spraying module. The control unit includes a transceiver, a camera, and a remote control. The transceiver is mounted on the vehicle body and signal-connected to the drive module, used for transmitting and receiving signals. The camera is information-connected to the transceiver and used to capture images of the vehicle's surrounding environment and generate at least one image signal. The remote control is used to control the drive module and has a main body, a display interface, and several control buttons. The remote control unit can display the image signals and allow the user to remotely control the vehicle's operation, thereby avoiding the risk of accidentally inhaling sprayed pesticides while actually driving the vehicle.

Claims

1. A remote-controlled blower spray vehicle with image transmission capability, comprising: a vehicle body, including: A walking module for moving along a direction of travel; a drive module disposed on the walking module and used to provide power for the operation of the walking module; and an air supply module disposed at the rear end of the walking module along a reference axis parallel to the direction of travel, defining a circumferential area around the reference axis. The air supply module includes a housing defining an air outlet slot opened along the circumferential area, and a fan disposed within the housing and connected to the drive module, used to guide airflow toward the air outlet slot. A pesticide delivery module is disposed on the walking module and includes a pesticide storage tank for storing a pesticide, a guide pipe connected to the pesticide storage tank, and a pump connected to the guide pipe and adapted to pressurize and guide the pesticide from the pesticide storage tank to the guide pipe; and a spraying module is disposed on the housing of the air supply module and includes a temporary storage pipe disposed circumferentially in the housing and connected to the pump, and a spraying component disposed in the air outlet slot and connected to the temporary storage pipe, adapted to spray the pesticide radially outward in a direction perpendicular to the reference axis. The system includes a control unit mounted on the vehicle body, comprising: a transceiver mounted on the vehicle body and signal-connected to the drive module for transmitting and receiving signals; a camera mounted on the vehicle body and information-connected to the transceiver for capturing images of the vehicle's surrounding environment and generating at least one image signal; and a remote control device wirelessly signal-connected to the transceiver for controlling the drive module, having a main body, a display interface mounted on the main body for displaying the at least one image signal, and several control buttons mounted on the main body for generating a control signal to control the drive module.

2. The image transmission remote-controlled blower sprayer vehicle as described in claim 1, wherein, The housing of the air supply module has a main housing portion with the fan and an air outlet housing portion connected to the rear end of the main housing portion and defining the air outlet groove. The air outlet housing portion has a first wall connected to the rear end of the main housing portion, a connecting wall extending rearward from the bottom of the first wall, a second wall connected to the connecting wall and spaced apart from the first wall and together defining the air outlet groove with the first wall and the connecting wall, and a guide wall extending circumferentially on the second wall and located in the air outlet groove, and whose diameter and width gradually decrease in the direction toward the first wall.

3. The image transmission remote-controlled blower sprayer vehicle as described in claim 1, wherein, The camera device of the control module generates several image signals and has a front camera mounted on the top of the vehicle body for capturing and providing image signals of the front of the vehicle body, and four surround cameras respectively mounted around the vehicle body for capturing and providing image signals of the surroundings of the vehicle body.

4. The image transmission remote-controlled blower sprayer vehicle as described in claim 1, wherein, The drive module has several removable batteries and an electric motor that is electrically connected to the batteries and used to drive the walking module.

5. The image transmission remote-controlled blower sprayer vehicle as described in claim 4, wherein, The fan of the air supply module has a motor part electrically connected to the batteries, and a fan blade part connected to the motor part and driven by the motor part.

6. The image transmission remote-controlled blower sprayer vehicle as described in claim 1, wherein, The walking module has a frame extending along the direction of travel, several wheels mounted on the left and right sides of the frame and driven by the drive module, and two tracks respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the vehicle body and surrounding the corresponding wheels.
