Abstract
Claims
1. A motherboard assembly comprising: a motherboard; a chip electrically connected to the motherboard; a microchannel encapsulation cap encapsulating and covering the chip, the microchannel encapsulation cap having at least one assembly port; and at least one fluid connector assembly comprising: a fluid connector including a threaded portion, an external portion and an internal portion, the external portion and the internal portion being respectively connected to opposite ends of the threaded portion, the threaded portion being located on the side of the microchannel encapsulation cap away from the motherboard, the internal portion passing through the at least one assembly port and at least partially abutting against the side of the microchannel encapsulation cap near the motherboard; a first seal; a fastener locked to the threaded portion and causing the first seal to press against the side of the microchannel encapsulation cap away from the motherboard; and a second seal disposed between the threaded portion and the first seal.
2. The motherboard assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fastener includes a nut and an abutment sidewall that protrudes axially along the nut, the nut being locked to the threaded portion, and the abutment sidewall causing the first seal to press against the microchannel encapsulation cap on the side away from the motherboard.
3. The motherboard assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein the inner portion includes a mounting recess and abutment, the mounting recess being connected to the threaded portion and located on the side of the microchannel encapsulation cover near the motherboard, and the abutment being assembled to the mounting recess and abutting against the side of the microchannel encapsulation cover near the motherboard.
4. The motherboard assembly as described in claim 3, wherein the abutment is a C-ring or a ring-shaped fastener.
5. The motherboard assembly as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second seal is sandwiched between the inner portion and the abutting sidewall.
6. A fluid connector assembly for use in an assembly port of a microchannel encapsulation cap, the fluid connector assembly comprising: a fluid connector including a threaded portion, an external portion and an internal portion, the external portion and the internal portion being respectively connected to opposite ends of the threaded portion, the internal portion being used to pass through the at least one assembly port.
7. The fluid connector assembly as claimed in claim 6, wherein the fluid connector assembly further includes a first seal, a second seal and a fastener, the first seal and the second seal surrounding the inner portion, the second seal being disposed between the threaded portion and the first seal, the fastener being locked to the threaded portion and used to press the first seal against the microchannel encapsulation cap.
8. The fluid connector assembly as claimed in claim 7, wherein the fastener includes a nut and an abutment sidewall that protrudes axially along the nut, the nut being screwed into the threaded portion, and the abutment sidewall causing the first seal to press against one side of the microchannel encapsulation cap.
9. The fluid connector assembly as claimed in claim 8, wherein the inner portion includes a mounting recess and a stop member, the mounting recess being connected to the threaded portion and the stop member being assembled to the mounting recess.
10. The fluid connector assembly as claimed in claim 9, wherein the abutment is a C-ring.
11. The fluid connector assembly as claimed in claim 10, wherein the second seal is sandwiched between the inner portion and the abutting sidewall.
