Abstract
Claims
1. A motherboard assembly, comprising: a motherboard; a chip electrically connected to the motherboard; a microchannel encapsulation cover, comprising: a cap portion having at least one first assembly port; a sidewall portion protruding from the cap portion and abutting against the motherboard to encapsulate and cover the chip; and at least two coupling portions respectively connected to opposite sides of the cap portion; and a fluid connector assembly, comprising: at least one fluid connector including a tube portion and an assembly protrusion, one end of the tube portion passing through the at least one first assembly port, and the assembly protrusion protruding radially along the tube portion; and at least one seal disposed on the assembly protrusion. A fixing plate having at least two through holes and at least one second assembly port located between the at least two through holes, the fixing plate covering the assembly protrusion, and the other end of the tube passing through the at least one second assembly port; and at least two fasteners passing through the at least two through holes and engaging with the at least two engagement portions, so as to install at least one fluid connector onto the cap portion through the fixing plate, and the at least one seal clamped between the fixing plate and the cap portion.
2. The motherboard assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the at least two joints has at least one screw hole, the at least two fasteners are at least two bolts, the at least two fasteners are respectively inserted through the at least two through holes and respectively screwed into the at least two screw holes of the at least two joints.
3. The motherboard assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein the at least one seal covers the assembly protrusion.
4. The motherboard assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein the at least one seal is disposed axially on the tube portion and the at least one seal is mounted on at least one side of the assembly protrusion.
5. The motherboard assembly as claimed in claim 4, wherein, in the axial direction of the tube, each of the opposite sides of the assembly protrusion has a groove, and the two seals are respectively located in the grooves.
6. A fluid connector assembly for being disposed at at least one first assembly port of a microchannel encapsulation cap, the fluid connector assembly comprising: at least one fluid connector including a tube portion and an assembly protrusion, one end of the tube portion being for passing through the at least one first assembly port, the assembly protrusion protruding radially along the tube portion; at least one seal disposed on the assembly protrusion; a fixing plate having at least two through holes and at least one second assembly port, the at least one second assembly port being located between the at least two through holes, the fixing plate covering the assembly protrusion, and the other end of the tube portion passing through the at least one second assembly port; and at least two fasteners respectively passing through the at least two through holes and coupled to the microchannel encapsulation cap, so as to install the at least one fluid connector on the microchannel encapsulation cap through the fixing plate, and the at least one seal being clamped between the fixing plate and the microchannel encapsulation cap.
7. The fluid connector assembly as claimed in claim 6, wherein the at least two fasteners are two bolts, which are respectively inserted through the two through holes and respectively screwed onto the microchannel encapsulation cap.
8. The fluid connector assembly as claimed in claim 7, wherein the at least one seal covers the assembly protrusion.
9. The fluid connector assembly as claimed in claim 7, wherein the number of the at least one seal is two, and the two seals are respectively mounted on opposite sides of the assembly protrusion in the axial direction of the pipe portion.
10. The fluid connector assembly as claimed in claim 9, wherein, in the axial direction of the tube portion, each of the opposite sides of the assembly protrusion has a groove, and the two seals are respectively located in the grooves.
