Abstract

An employee business trip location tracking system includes a barcode generation module and an attendance processing module. The barcode generation module encrypts and processes geographic location information and clock-in time information transmitted from the employee's communication device at a business trip location, generating a unique dynamic barcode and transmitting it to the employee's communication device. The attendance processing module receives the unique dynamic barcode from the card-swiping terminal, decrypts it, verifies the employee's employment status, and checks for the reuse of the unique dynamic barcode. When it confirms that the employee's employment status is normal and the unique dynamic barcode has not been reused, it imports the employee's personnel information and integrates the decrypted geographic location information and clock-in time information into a business trip record.

Claims

1. An employee business trip location tracking system, installed within a bank mainframe server, communicatively connected to an employee communication device for receiving login information, comprising a plurality of hardware modules composed of a plurality of electrically connected hardware circuits, the hardware modules including: A barcode generation module is communicatively connected to the employee communication device and a human resources information management system. After receiving multiple employee personnel information transmitted from the new attendance management system and login information transmitted from the employee communication device, it verifies the login information transmitted from the employee communication device based on the employee personnel information. Once the login information is verified, it receives geolocation information and clock-in time information transmitted from the employee communication device at a business trip location. It then performs encryption operations on the corresponding employee personnel information, geolocation information, and clock-in time information to generate a unique dynamic barcode and transmits it to the employee communication device. An attendance processing module is also communicatively connected to the barcode generation module. A card-swiping terminal and a new attendance management system receive the unique dynamic barcode transmitted by the card-swiping terminal. The system decrypts the unique dynamic barcode to restore the corresponding employee personnel information, geographic location information, and clock-in time information. Based on the employee personnel information, the system verifies the employee's employment status and checks for reuse of the unique dynamic barcode. When it is confirmed that the employee's employment status is normal and that the unique dynamic barcode has not been reused, the attendance processing module automatically imports one of the basic data from the employee's personnel information and integrates the decrypted geographic location information and clock-in time information into a business trip record information and transmits it to the new attendance management system.

2. The employee business trip location system as described in claim 1, wherein the employee personnel information includes the employee's service unit, management number, name, ID card number, job title, or employment status.

3. The employee business trip location tracking system as described in Request 1, wherein the unique dynamic barcode is a two-dimensional barcode.

4. The employee business trip location tracking system as described in Request 1, wherein the encrypted field in the dedicated dynamic barcode includes the employee's service unit, business trip location, and clock-in location time.

5. The employee business trip location system as described in claim 1, wherein the attendance processing module is also communicatively connected to the employee's communication device. When the attendance processing module detects that the exclusive dynamic barcode has been reused or the employee's employment status is abnormal, the attendance processing module refuses to generate the business trip record information and transmits an abnormal rejection signal to the employee's communication device.

6. The employee business trip location tracking system as described in claim 1, wherein the card-swiping terminal device is installed at multiple bank branches to read the unique dynamic barcode displayed on the employee's communication device through optical sensing, so as to transmit the unique dynamic barcode to the business trip processing module.
