Abstract

A motorcycle heat shield includes a heat-insulating fabric and an elastic fabric module. The heat-insulating fabric includes a motorcycle body and a front section. The motorcycle body has a front section and a rear section, with the front section connecting to the front section. The elastic fabric module is made of a flexible material and is disposed on one side of the heat-insulating fabric. The elastic fabric module includes a head cover fabric disposed on the front section, two mirror covers fabrics respectively disposed at both ends of the front section, and a rear cover fabric disposed on the rear section. By using the head cover fabric, mirror covers fabrics, and rear cover fabric disposed on the heat-insulating fabric, the motorcycle heat shield can effectively block sunlight after installation, and can reduce heat conduction by reducing the direct contact area between the heat-insulating fabric and a motorcycle seat cushion, thereby achieving a better heat insulation effect.

Claims

1. A locomotive heat shield, comprising: A heat insulation fabric includes a body section extending along a vehicle length direction and a vehicle width direction intersecting the vehicle length direction, and a front end extending from the body section along the vehicle length direction. The body section has a front section and a rear section located at opposite ends along the vehicle length direction. The front section connects to the front end. The maximum length of the body section along the vehicle length direction is greater than the maximum length along the vehicle width direction. An elastic fabric module, made of flexible material, is disposed on one side of the heat insulation fabric. The elastic fabric module includes a headliner disposed at one end of the front end away from the body section, and a rear cover disposed at one end of the rear section away from the front end. The headliner and the heat insulation fabric cooperate to define a head space and a head opening communicating with the head space and facing the body section. The rear cover and the heat insulation fabric cooperate to define a rear space and a rear opening communicating with the rear space and facing the front end.

2. The locomotive heat shield as described in claim 1, wherein, The elastic fabric module also includes two mirror cover fabrics respectively disposed at both ends of the front section of the vehicle along the width direction of the vehicle. Each mirror cover fabric cooperates with the heat insulation fabric to define a mirror space and a mirror opening that connects to the mirror space and is located near the other mirror cover fabric.

3. The locomotive heat shield as claimed in claim 1 further comprises two fixing modules respectively disposed at both ends of the front section of the vehicle along the width direction of the vehicle, each fixing module comprising a first fixing member and a second fixing member for cooperating with the first fixing member for fixing.

4. The locomotive heat shield as claimed in claim 1 further includes a storage module disposed on the heat insulation fabric and located on the same side as the elastic fabric module. The storage module includes a bag body connected to the heat insulation fabric and at least one carrying strap disposed at one end of the bag body away from the heat insulation fabric. The bag body and the heat insulation fabric cooperate to define a storage space.

5. The motorcycle heat shield as claimed in claim 1 further includes a storage module disposed on the heat insulation fabric and located on the same side as the elastic fabric module. The heat insulation fabric also includes a bag bottom located on the vehicle body. The storage module includes a bag body surrounding the periphery connected to the bag bottom. The bag body cooperates with the heat insulation fabric to define a storage space. One end of the bag body away from the heat insulation fabric defines a bag opening communicating with the storage space.

6. The locomotive heat shield as described in claim 1, wherein, The front of the vehicle tapers along the width of the vehicle and gradually decreases in length as it moves away from the body.

7. The locomotive heat shield as described in claim 1, wherein, The hood fabric is connected to the heat insulation fabric at both ends along the width of the vehicle, and at one end near the body of the vehicle along the length of the vehicle, an opening is formed with the heat insulation fabric.

8. The locomotive heat shield as described in claim 1, wherein, The hood fabric is connected to the heat insulation fabric at both ends along the width of the vehicle, and forms openings with the heat insulation fabric at both ends along the length of the vehicle.

9. The locomotive heat shield as described in claim 2, wherein, Each of the mirror cover fabrics is connected to the heat insulation fabric at both ends along the length of the vehicle, and at one end of the mirror cover fabric closest to the other end along the width of the vehicle, an opening is formed with the heat insulation fabric.

10. The locomotive heat shield as described in claim 2, wherein, Each of the mirror cover fabrics is connected to the heat insulation fabric at both ends along the length of the vehicle, and forms openings with the heat insulation fabric at both ends along the width of the vehicle.

11. The locomotive heat shield as described in claim 1, wherein, The rear cover fabric is connected to the heat insulation fabric at both ends along the width of the vehicle, and at one end near the front of the vehicle along the length of the vehicle, an opening is formed with the heat insulation fabric.

12. The locomotive heat shield as described in claim 1, wherein, The rear cover fabric is connected to the heat insulation fabric at both ends along the width of the vehicle, and forms openings with the heat insulation fabric at both ends along the length of the vehicle.
