Abstract
Claims
1. A multi-channel liquid mixing device, comprising: a liquid supply assembly including a plurality of liquid storage channels and a plurality of drive pumps respectively disposed thereon, the liquid storage channels being used to respectively contain different liquid raw materials, and each drive pump being used to drive the liquid output in the corresponding liquid storage channel; and a control module electrically connected to the drive pumps of the liquid supply assembly, and having built-in independent compensation parameters corresponding to each drive pump, the control module providing an operating interface for a user to select a mode and input a mixing command, the control module generating a target ratio configuration and a liquid dispensing sequence corresponding to the liquid supply assembly based on the mode selection and the mixing command; wherein... When the mode is selected as a first operating mode, the allocation command is a text message. The control module parses the text message to automatically generate the target ratio configuration. When the mode is selected as a second operating mode, the allocation command is a plurality of set values corresponding to the liquid storage channels. The control module generates the target ratio configuration based on the set values. The control module further converts the target ratio configuration into the corresponding start time of each drive pump based on the independent compensation parameters of each drive pump, and precisely controls the drive pumps of the liquid supply assembly to operate according to the liquid dispensing sequence and the corresponding start time.
2. The multi-channel liquid mixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the control module includes a memory and a microprocessor, the memory storing a natural language processing model, the microprocessor executing the natural language processing model to perform a multi-dimensional semantic analysis on a natural language statement to extract a corresponding composite semantic feature and automatically generate the target ratio configuration.
3. The multi-channel liquid mixing device as described in claim 2, wherein when the microprocessor performs the multi-dimensional semantic analysis, it parses at least one sensory association feature, one emotional state feature, and one contextual narrative feature in the natural language statement, and generates the target proportion configuration based on the parsed features.
4. The multi-channel liquid mixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the second operating mode, the set values of the dispensing command represent target feed parameters corresponding to each of the liquid storage channels, and the control module includes a microprocessor that performs a rationality verification procedure on the set values to ensure that the sum of the target feed parameters conforms to a preset dispensing specification.
5. The multichannel liquid mixing apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the target feed rate parameter is a liquid output ratio of each of the liquid storage channels between 0% and 100%, and the microprocessor executes the rationality verification procedure to ensure that the sum of these liquid output ratios is 100%.
6. The multi-channel liquid mixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the control module precisely controls the drive pumps of the liquid supply assembly, the drive pumps are operated with a full-speed timing control mechanism, which is a time-domain modulation at constant power, instead of a speed-reduction control, so as to completely avoid the flow nonlinearity and pulsation problems caused by the low-speed operation of the pumps.
7. The multi-channel liquid mixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the independent compensation parameter includes a calibration flow meter corresponding to each of the drive pumps, and the control module calculates the corresponding start-up time of each drive pump based on the calibration flow meter.
8. The multi-channel liquid mixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drive pumps are non-contact positive displacement fluid drivers, and the control module enables completely independent control of the non-contact positive displacement fluid drivers and supports forward and reverse rotation.
9. The multi-channel liquid mixing apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein the control module includes a multi-channel pulse width modulation controller and a complex array of motor drive circuits for independently driving the drive pumps.
10. The multichannel liquid mixing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a label printing device electrically connected to the control module, the label printing device being used to automatically print and output a label containing an ingredient information, a proportion information and a timestamp after the liquid has been mixed.
