Easy-to-assemble sauna machine

Abstract

This sauna machine comprises a plate-shaped base, side pillars, side panels, and a top plate. The base has pillar and panel recesses. The side pillars are fitted into their corresponding pillar recesses, and each side of the side pillar has a connecting groove. The side panels are inserted into their corresponding panel recesses, and each side of the side panels has a connecting edge that can be inserted into the connecting groove of the adjacent side pillar. This allows the side pillars, side panels, and base to combine to form a surrounding space. The top plate includes at least one positioning groove that matches the side pillars and side panels, allowing the top plate to be positioned on the side pillars and side panels and to cover the surrounding space. Thus, all the main components are plate-shaped or column-shaped, which facilitates flat packaging and transportation, as well as storage when not in use. When in use, installation can be completed efficiently, allowing users to start their sauna experience as soon as possible.

Claims

1. A sauna machine with easy assembly and disassembly, comprising: a base, which is plate-shaped, and a plurality of column-connecting recesses and a plurality of plate-connecting recesses are provided on a top surface of the base; a plurality of side columns, each side column being embedded in a corresponding column-connecting recess, and each side column having a connecting groove on both sides; a plurality of side plates, each side plate being inserted into a corresponding plate-connecting recess, and each side plate having a connecting edge on both sides, the connecting edge being able to be embedded in the connecting groove of an adjacent side column, so that the plurality of side columns and the plurality of side plates, together with the base, form an encircling space; and a top plate, comprising at least one positioning groove, the positioning groove being able to match at least one of the side columns and the side plates, so that the top plate can be positioned on the plurality of side columns and the plurality of side plates, and shielding the encircling space.

2. The sauna machine with easy assembly and disassembly as described in claim 1, wherein the top plate has a through hole, and the sauna machine includes a top cover that is detachably attached to the top plate and covers the through hole.

3. The sauna machine with easy disassembly and assembly as described in claim 2, wherein the top cover is provided with at least one protrusion that can extend into the through hole and engage with the inner surface of the through hole.

4. The sauna machine with easy assembly and disassembly as described in claim 1, wherein the sauna machine includes a foot pedal that can be directly supported on the base and is surrounded by the plurality of side pillars and the plurality of side panels.

The sauna machine with easy assembly and disassembly as described in claim 1, wherein the base includes a plurality of corner portions, the column recess is adjacent to one of the corresponding corner portions, and the number of corner portions, the side columns and the side plates are the same.

6. The sauna machine with easy assembly and disassembly as described in claim 1, wherein the plurality of column joint recesses and the plurality of plate joint recesses are interconnected to form an annular groove structure.

7. The sauna machine with easy disassembly and assembly as described in claim 1, wherein the sauna machine includes a side window panel, and each side of the side window panel is provided with a connecting edge, the connecting edge being able to be inserted into the connecting groove of the adjacent side column, so that the side window panel can be combined between two adjacent side columns and stacked on one of the side panels.

A sauna machine with easy disassembly and assembly as described in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the sauna machine includes a plurality of lower fixing members that are detachably inserted through the base from bottom to top and correspondingly locked to the bottom end of one of the side columns.

9. A sauna machine with easy assembly and disassembly as described in claim 8, wherein each of the side columns includes a locking portion adjacent to the top of the side column, and the sauna machine includes a plurality of upper fixing members that are detachably inserted from bottom to top through the locking portion of a corresponding side column and locked to the bottom of the top plate.

A sauna machine with easy disassembly and assembly as described in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein each of the side columns includes a locking portion adjacent to the top of the side column, and the sauna machine includes a plurality of upper fixing members that are detachably inserted from bottom to top through the locking portion of a corresponding side column and locked to the bottom of the top plate.
