Abstract

This disclosure discloses a processing device for cooked food waste, comprising a solid-liquid separation mechanism, a mixing mechanism, a packaging mechanism, and an oil-water separation tank. The solid-liquid separation mechanism receives pulverized cooked food waste and separates it into solid and liquid materials. The mixing mechanism receives the solid material and mixes it with additives to output a mixed material. The packaging mechanism receives the mixed material and seals it in a vacuum package to form anaerobic fermentation monomers. The oil-water separation tank is connected to the solid-liquid separation mechanism and receives the liquid material, separating it into an upper layer of grease and a lower layer of high-salt liquid. Through the above, this disclosure uses the solid-liquid separation mechanism to initially divert cooked food waste, utilizes the packaging mechanism to form anaerobic fermentation monomers to decompose solid materials, and simultaneously uses the oil-water separation tank to separate the high-salt liquid as a nutrient source for euryhaline filter-feeding fish.
