Abstract

A soybean meal steamed bun structure is created by mixing all-purpose flour, dry yeast, granulated sugar, shortening, soybean meal, and water to form a dough. This dough is then pressed into a flat sheet and rolled from one side to the other, forming a long strip. This strip is then divided into multiple individual rolls, each with spiral patterns at the top and bottom. Furthermore, because soybean meal contains protein and dietary fiber, this structure makes the steamed bun healthier for the general public.

Claims

1. A soybean meal steamed bun structure, comprising: a steamed bun structure (1), which is a cylinder having a spiral pattern at a top and a bottom of the cylinder, so that the steamed bun structure (1) forms the shape of a rolled dough (14); wherein the steamed bun structure (1) is composed of medium-gluten flour, dry yeast, fine sugar, white oil, soybean meal and water.

2. The soybean meal steamed bun structure as described in claim 1, wherein an outer surface of the steamed bun structure (1) has a plurality of protrusions, the plurality of protrusions being soybean meal.

3. A soybean meal steamed bun production equipment, comprising: a mixing work area (101) for mixing all-purpose flour, dry yeast, granulated sugar, shortening, soybean meal and water into a mixed dough (11); a dough pressing work area (102) connected to the mixing work area (101) for rolling the mixed dough (11) into a flat dough (12); and a dough rolling and cutting work area (103) connected to the dough pressing work area (102) for rolling the flat dough (12) into a long strip of rolled dough (13) and then cutting the long strip of rolled dough (13) into a plurality of rolled doughs (14).

4. The soybean meal steamed bun production equipment as described in claim 3 further includes a fermentation working area (104) connected to the cutting working area and used to perform a fermentation operation on the plurality of rolled dough (14) so that the plurality of rolled dough (14) ferments into a plurality of fermented dough (15).

5. The soybean meal steamed bun production equipment as described in claim 4 further includes a steaming working area (105) for steaming the plurality of fermented doughs (15) to cook the plurality of fermented doughs (15) into a soybean meal steamed bun structure.
