Abstract

This invention relates to the structure of a fireproof rolling door panel, comprising two panels, a snap-fit structure, a first heat insulation component, and a clamping heat insulation component. The two panels are joined together to form an accommodating space. The snap-fit structure includes an elastic arm, a slot, and a snap-fit portion, which snaps the two panels together and fixes them in place. The first heat insulation component is disposed within the accommodating space, and the clamping heat insulation component is disposed between the snap-fit portion and the slot. During assembly, the first heat insulation component and the clamping heat insulation component are respectively disposed on the accommodating space and the slot. When the two panels are joined, the elastic force of the elastic arm causes the snap-fit portion to press against the clamping heat insulation component and position it in the slot, thereby reducing the heat energy conducted through the snap-fit structure and improving the heat insulation effect, while maintaining the fixing strength of the door panel and the ease of assembly.

Claims

1. A structure for a fireproof rolling door panel, comprising: Two pieces are joined together to form an internal accommodating space. The two pieces are fixed together by a snap-fit structure, which includes: an elastic arm extending from at least one end of the piece; a slot formed on the elastic arm; a snap-fit portion engaging with the slot to fix the two pieces together; a first heat insulation member disposed within the accommodating space; and a clamping heat insulation member disposed between the slot and the snap-fit portion.

2. The structure of the fireproof rolling door panel as described in claim 1, wherein the latching part has a guide surface and the slot part has a stop surface, the guide surface is used to allow the elastic arm to slide and deform when the two panels are joined, and the stop surface is used to allow the latching part to abut after the elastic arm is reset, so as to restrict the two panels from separating from each other.

3. The structure of the fireproof rolling door panel as described in claim 1, wherein the snap-fit structure has a plurality of ventilation holes.

4. The structure of the fireproof rolling door panel as described in claim 1, wherein the slot portion is located at the free end of the elastic arm.

5. The structure of the fireproof rolling door panel as described in claim 1, wherein the clamping heat insulation member is pressed against the slot by the elastic force of the elastic arm.

6. The structure of the fireproof rolling door panel as described in claim 1, wherein the two panels are combined to form a panel, and the panel has a pivot on each of its opposite sides for movably connecting to another panel composed of two other panels.

7. The structure of the fireproof rolling door panel as described in claim 6, wherein the panel has a shielding portion protruding from the outer periphery of the panel for shielding the gap between the panel and another adjacent panel.

8. The structure of the fireproof rolling door panel as described in claim 1, wherein the slot is a V-shaped slot, a square slot, or an arc-shaped slot.
