Abstract
Dust collection chamber consists of a rectangular prismatic housing with inlet and outlet pipes. Rectangular classification frames with classification screens are located inside the housing; receiving hoppers are located between these frames in the lower part of the housing. In each classification frame, the classification screens are arranged parallel to one another at a certain distance. The classification frames are made of U-shaped profiles in a U-shaped configuration. At the bottom, the vertical posts of the classification frames are connected to one another by parallel sheet metal strips reinforced with stiffening ribs. The classification frames with classification screens are located within the space between L-shaped guides installed vertically. A rod is mounted at the top of each classification frame; the body of the rod is positioned within the opening of the working solenoid, which is connected to the power supply and the control system. Flow formers are installed between the classification frames; these consist of a set of angular elements arranged vertically at a 90° angle. Each angular element is positioned inside the next angular element at a distance of 0.5–0.8 times the length of the angle bisector. At the inlet to the dust collection chamber, there is a flow splitter designed to distribute the air flow containing suspended dust-like and fine particles across the plane of the first classification screen of the first classification frame from the side of the inlet pipe.
