Abstract

The invention relates to an improved Y-shaped molecular sieve, a method for producing such sieves, and a catalyst for fracturing a catalyst containing such sieves, wherein the molecular sieves of the invention have a calcium content by mass of calcium oxide of approximately 0.3-4% by mass of the improved Y-shaped molecular sieve in dry form, a rare earth content by mass of rare earth oxide of approximately 2-7% by mass of the sieves, and a sodium content by mass of sodium oxide not exceeding 0.5% by mass of the sieves. In which the improved Y-type molecular sieve has a total pore volume of approximately 0.33-0.39 ml / g, the ratio of the secondary pore volume (2-100 nitn) to the total pore volume is approximately 10-25%, the lattice constant is approximately 2.440, 2.455, 11111, the ratio of non-structural aluminum content to total aluminum content is not greater than approximately 20%, and the lattice fracture temperature is not less than 1050°C. and the ratio between acid B and acid L in the total acid content determined by pyridine absorption spectroscopy at 200°C is not less than approximately 2.30. The use of a catalyst for catalytic fracturing, an improved Y-shaped sieve, and a catalyst fracturing reaction catalyst containing an improved Y-shaped sieve exhibits high heavy oil transfer activity and low coke selectivity, and can produce improved gasoline and branched C4 hydrocarbons, and increase the branched hydrocarbon content in the resulting gasoline.
