Abstract

The invention relates to a base station, user equipment, and a method of communication. In a wireless communication system, a hybrid automatic repeater (HARQ) is a repeater transmitted from user equipment (UE) to a base station without active and explicit scheduling from the base station. The systems and methods described are for performing hybrid automatic repeater requests (HARQ) for hybrid automatic repeater transmissions. Acknowledgment / negative acknowledgment (ACK / NACK) signals for HARQ, as well as signals related to UE configuration for transmitting domain access rights, are also revealed.
