Methods and equipment for licensed transmission configured in the unlicensed spectrum

Abstract

The methods, equipment, infrastructure, architecture, and interfaces for implementing configuration-generating (CG) licensed uplink (UL) transmission are provided. These methods include a step to obtain configuration information related to multiple CG configurations for UL CG transmission; a step to determine to transmit UL CG transmission based on any of the following factors: (1) available channel bandwidth set, (2) number of code block groups (CBG), and (3) transmission parameters related to UL CG transmission; The first CG configuration is selected based on any of the following factors: (1) the set of available channel bandwidths, (2) the number of code block groups (CBGs), and (3) the transmission parameters related to CG UL transmission; and any number of CBGs is transmitted as CG UL transmission using resources related to the first configuration selected, where the resources of this selected first CG configuration are entirely within the set of available channel bandwidths.
