Hydrogen production process

Abstract

The term refers to a process for producing hydrogen gas from water, a coal combustion product containing iron and carbon dioxide or carbon dioxide precursors. This process is spontaneous and does not require external heating or electricity. It also provides the possibility of processing coal combustion products such as iron slag or ash and can also be used to isolate carbon dioxide.
