Abstract

The invention relates to pliers comprising a first part (1) and a second part (2). The first part (1) comprises the first handle (11) and the second functional part (12) which has a first part (121), a second part (122) and a hook (123). The second part (233) is made between the first part (121) and the hook (123). The second part (2) comprises the second handle (21) and the second functional part (22) which has a straight part (221), a tapered part (222) and a toothed part (223). The tapered part (222) is created between the straight part (221) and the toothed part (223). The first part (1) and the second part (2) are rotated together in a cross-cutting manner. When the first part (1) and the second part (2) are rotated towards each other, the lower edge of the toothed part (223) contacts the upper surface of the hook (123) to prevent the wires from getting between the first and second functional parts (12, 22).
