Abstract

This invention relates to an energy-saving and environmentally friendly superfluid dyeing process for nylon chemical fibers, belonging to the field of printing and dyeing technology. The dyeing process of the invention involves decontamination, degreasing, and pre-treating the nylon chemical fiber, then performing plasma treatment on the surface of the nylon chemical fiber to smooth the surface, followed by superfluid dry dyeing of the nylon fiber through a multi-layer roller-type roll. After dyeing, the nylon chemical fiber can be fixed after color fixation. The color fastness of nylon chemical fibers after ultra-liquid anhydrous dyeing in this production line can reach level 4, and the entire dyeing process of the current production line does not discharge wastewater. Simultaneously, after the degreasing and color fixing steps are recovered by steam, it is subjected to thermal treatment for recycling, saving energy and being environmentally friendly.
