Abstract
This section discusses hot-stamped components and methods for manufacturing hot-stamped components. According to the design, the hot-stamped component consists of a steel plate, a zinc-based plating layer on top of the steel plate, and a surface layer on top of the plating layer, where the surface layer of the post-treatment layer contains an inorganic silicon-based post-treatment substance, the zinc oxide layer is on top of the post-treatment layer on the plating layer, and the interbedded diffusion layer is located between the plating layer and at least one of the post-treatment layers and the zinc oxide layer so that it overlaps with at least one of the post-treatment layers and the zinc oxide layer, the interbedded diffusion layer contains at least one of the substances Si, Mn, O, Fe, Zn, and SIO, in which the tensile strength of the steel plate is greater than or equal to 1680 MPa.
