Abstract

The invention relates to a surface treatment device (1) comprising a fixture (10) that encloses and holds the outer part of the workpiece (W) with the first principal surface (Wp) and the second principal surface (Wd), which are the surfaces to be treated, a surface treatment tank (100), and a treatment fluid circulation unit (200) which causes the treatment fluid (2) to be supplied from the upper part of the surface treatment tank and discharged from the lower part of it for circulation. The surface treatment tank consists of a support frame (110, 120) that holds the workpiece and the first and second side walls (140, 150) which are structurally designed to face the workpiece. The treatment fluid circulation system includes the first circulation system (210) which creates the first flow (LF1) of the treatment fluid along the first flow path (FP1) on the first main surface and the second circulation system (220) which creates the second flow (LF2) of the treatment fluid along the second flow path (FP2) on the second main surface.
