Abstract
The invention relates to a method for predicting images, an encoder, a decoder, and a storage device that can be read by a computer. The method includes: performing motion estimation on the encoded image block, and determining the predicted values in one direction, corresponding to the two predicted directions, of the image block; determining the transition parameter corresponding to the image block, where the transition parameter includes at least the transition flag value and the transition direction indicator value; Calculate the transition value of the image block by using the defined transition parameter and the one-directional predicted values corresponding to the two predicted directions; and the difference between the initial two-directional predicted values and the image block transition parameter and the pre-set correction intensity value to obtain the original two-directional predicted value of the image block, where the initial two-directional predicted value is the weighted sum of the one-directional predicted values corresponding to the two predicted directions.
