Abstract

The invention relates to a torque wrench and spanner assembly that allows the torque wrench to be fitted into an actuator to quickly tighten nuts or bolts to approximately the desired torque. The operator can attach the torque wrench to the torque wrench's socket to complete the tightening operation and achieve greater accuracy with respect to the applied torque compared to using the torque wrench alone. In this way, the torque wrench and spanner achieve higher accuracy with respect to the torque of the fastening component. The operator can also complete the fastening process without disassembling the torque wrench from the pin.
