Abstract

The invention proposes a method and device for processing information. The method includes: obtaining configuration information from the network-side device; this configuration information is used to easily configure the configured edge-link transmission resource, and the edge-link configured transmission resource is the transmission resource within the resource group; and determining, based on the configuration information, the time-domain information corresponding to the edge-link configured transmission resource. Based on the time domain information corresponding to the configured boundary link-based transfer resource, the identity of the most automatically combined repeat request process is determined. The invention addresses the technical problem of lacking a method for identifying the HARQ process identity for the configured boundary link-based level in existing solutions.
