Abstract

The invention relates to a gantry crane for containers with at least one raised transverse beam, comprising a side crane that is unloaded on the first section of the aforementioned transverse beam, a ground crane for containers unloaded on the second section of the aforementioned transverse beam, and a transverse trolley, mounted and moved along the beam so that it is easily placed under containers lifted by the side crane, and arranged to support the containers and move them to a position under the ground crane. Horizontal transport wagons include mooring equipment for anchoring and detaching containers.
